From day one the software has been easy, and customer support guidance has been readily available. Pros Very easy to navigate all the functions for clients. Great CRM tools available as well. Everything is super easy from the nutrition food plans and creating workouts are effortless. Best value for online coaches hands down. My clients love it too which is what really matters. I recommend Fitbudd to all of the coaches that I coach as well. Cons The video calls are pretty bad, ive switched to just taking them on google meet because they're so buggy. I also would love to be able to build workouts while I workout and it would be super helpful for my clients to be able to make alterations on certain exercises during their workout for machines that they have available. The best fitness app on the market hands down. Pros The user interface is easy to use and pleasant on the eyes. In addition, the customer support is responsive and helpful. All my clients and users enjoy the automatic hydration reminder feature and find following the exercises easy and tracking simple. Creating custom workout's are easy and the integration of AI makes it even more simple. Cons What I like least about FitBudd is really difficult to say. I would suggest making a bigger library of exercises to choose from when creating the workout.The nutrition portion can be difficult to use purposefully. It is also great for setting up specific plans as well in a schedule. Cons What I like least is that clients can't shift the schedule and that there is no real meal guidance/ recipes based on macros that I have seen on other platforms. It's user friendly and easy to set up, add workouts and nutrition plans. My clients love the app. Pros How easy the app is. After researching many, this is the best! I like that I have a resource section for videos and an on demand section for follow along workouts. I can make it customized to me and my brand. Cons That I can't have more than 1 subscription going at a time for clients, like if they want to upgrade. Setting up workouts and meal plans are very seamless. Quick client support when assistants is needed. Great value for what you get so much can be done on the app. Cons Wish it was easier to connect it to an android device I.e. Samsung galaxy watch or google watch. Also wish it had the app on the Apple Watch as a widget to sync directly and easier. Would definitely recommend this to other trainers in the industry. Stay away from this scam. They do not help their customers and only care about you buying their product. Pros I like the marketing and on boarding. But the more I used the app the more I found out it was all a sales scam to get me to buy. Nothing they said worked. Cons Everything! They promised me I could track sessions with clients buying session packages. I couldn’t even schedule My clients. Then the worst part was they said my customer could pay with card and AMEX. None of my clients could pay me because of their faulty system. February 5, 2025 3.0 I really like how its simple on the client end. Overall I figured ways to go around the cons so I would say it's def a great software for trainers and its affordable. Pros The ease in use. Building the website was way easier than I thought. Cons That their isn't an app for the business side only client. I wish there were more movements in your exercise library and I wish there was a way to import meal plans and through that food would automatically add to library so that our clients could input food in the app. I don't like how the food is added. I also wish workouts weren't all timed but rather spots to put rep, sets, and load that were suggested vs what was used so I could progress clients more easily.
