September 1, 2025 5.0 Pros I love that I can easily change their plans based on how they are feeling as many times as I want during the course of their program. Cons I am unable to create discount codes for special promotions. I have to go in and manually change the prices of the programs if I want to run a discount and then change it back after when I want it back to the normal price. Support could be a little quicker for the $75 a month that you pay Pros It’s easy to use. I have had some good results with giving workouts that are easy to follow. The support is also good. Cons It could be more fluid and aesthetically pleasing. There could be more options for document signing and meal planning. Also, I should be able to change everything on the client metrics. They are extremely sharp and very responsive. Pros I love the affordability and ease of use. Workouts are easily put into the app. I rarely have issues with the app and when I do, customer service is always quick to resolve the issues I have. I would highly recommend the app. Cons The videos aren't always accurate. Sometimes my clients will get a little confused on how to do an exercise. There are just a few of these issues, but not very many. I launched my own app 3 months ago and it has been so rewarding, from gaining clients online to the revenue. I can literally train from this app without the hassle of traveling back and forth to each client. Pros It's very easy to navigate with instructional videos to go along with whether you use the videos from the app or upload your own. There's tons of useful workout videos to target every muscle on your body. If you want to get into online training with clients, this app has everything you need with 24/7 support and it's very affordable to maintain. Cons Honestly, there are no cons. My questions are answered in a timely matter. Pros The ability to create your own workouts, meal plans, supplement plans and programs for your clients. Cons I do not like the website template. It doesn't look professional. When adding photos on the home page, they appear to be blurry. There isn't an area to add your logo. Pros I’m a new user and my answer may change the longer I use it but the first thing I noticed was how intuitive the app was to set up. Literally thirty minutes and I was ready to add a few clients. Love how easy it is to adjust workouts, add alternate exercises for clients with joint problems and they can message me directly from the app at any time!! There are some overall things I don't like about it, but we will see. Pros I like the ability to make the app your own by personalizing it. Cons The nutrition seems to be very difficult to understand how to enter it for a client's meal plan. I am trying to teach them to track meals and it feels like it is more difficult and possibly incorrect calculations. I am thinking about switching to a new app for my clients due to this issue. This is very frustrating when I want to send a message to all of my clients at a specific time. Instead of being able to schedule the message, I have to manually send a broadcast message at the time You label people as "obese" in the app as soon as they complete their onboarding. DONT DO THIS! Unable to copy meals from one day to another. This is a feature that is used very very frequently from my clients in MyFitnessPal and they get angry when they cant do that in the app. Switched from [ABC Trainerize](https://www.capterra.com/p/140262/Trainerize/) better UI for my clients and able have different calorie goals for different days.
