I truly appreciate the support of their team. They are amazing to have on your side. They are FOR you and they WANT you to succeed! Pros I felt very blessed to learn of FitBudd. After watching the pandemic destroy my in person business from March 2020 thru December 31, 2021, I was forced to close my facility permanently. I searched for a year or two for an App that would hold my attention as well as be a fit for my business; as I was rebuilding, rebranding and redesigning my "in-person" business to online/remotely and globally. FitBudd has remained an amazing blessing to me. After I did the onboard call to see the App in action and learn about it, I was sold! It was EXACTLY what I had been searching for! Easy to use. Easy to set up and tailor to fit the needs of my clients and business. Easy to design and create programs. Customer Support is a HUGE PLUS and a HUGE HELP!! I am new to the App industry for business; FitBudd is my "ideal app client". Cons I think the Exercise Library needs to have a lot more options in there. I have had to take time to add in so many exercises and techniques. And exercises/techniques that are common. Everyone has been super helpful, and the process to get everything going was quick. Pros I like how you can seamlessly upload videos of exercises and follow alongs, regardless of size of the videos. The data base of nutrient is very handy, and being able to log nutrition in water is relatively easy. Its simple and visually appealing. Cons I had issues figuring out push notification. Also, wondering if google calendar syncs with the app calendar. That way it can automatically block times for calls. " July 19, 2024 5.0 Pros Most trainers use 2 apps for their coaching – one to build out workout templates/programs and another one for clients to log food. FitBudd has both in one app, which was what made me choose them. The customer service team is also very responsive and helpful. App is reasonably priced and they’ll even give you a 30 day trial to see how you like it before you but it. They will even help you design your website! Cons Id love an app for trainers/coaches so I can easily get notifications when a client messages me back, etc instead of having to login on my laptop or Google Chrome on my phone to check periodically. Im happy with it Pros Support is great when I have questions or tech issues. My clients like the app. I Iike the preloaded exercises. Its user friendly. Cons I wish the website had more customization to be able to sell more items other than the training. Such as downloadable guides. I wish the option to have a customized app in the app store was a paid option to add to any plan vs the highest plan only. I also wish the resources could be more customized by plan or client.
