We appreciated the help with setup, the followup, and working together with the Weintegrate team to get the results we wanted with the integration. We have been supported through the process, and are excited about new features and functionality coming to help us be even more efficient. Pros We have control over what and how the data is syncing with Quickbooks. Cons While the product is solid, there is room for growth in terms of bringing in data by sales channel. Layout is logical and the integration between all software is seamless and fast. Love that even with batch option the ability to drill down into details is there for ease of managing occasional issues with customer service/orders. Pros Super easy set up, excellent support, very fast data sync, logical progression and instructions easy to follow. Pricing is very affordable. Cons Nothing so far, Have not had any issues and have been very happy with WeIntegrate. Pros The ease of use and how you can track numbers easily. Sales are posted in real time. Fees are separated. Cons I dont need as much data as gets imported. I have high hopes for this software. Pros Great customer service that was able to walk me through any questions that I had. Connected by Quickbooks and Shopify site which allows for automatic syncs. This enabled me to focus more on selling my products and less on the numbers or monotonous tasks like copying data over. Cons They are building out new features by the day so it may be pretty simple now but I'm confident they will only improve from here. Switched from [Zapier](https://www.capterra.com/p/130182/Zapier/) Did not meet my integration needs of Shopify to Quickbooks. The operational portal is becoming part of our daily business process. Imports quicker than other apps. Accurate, no duplicates, instantaneously updates. Customer support is phenomenal, great Team behind the business! The app does exactly what its supposed to and gives us peace of mind. Cons I would love to see a future integration with Etsy.
