Customer service with our account reps has been great. They worked with me as I was launching my business to ensure I had the resources I needed without going over budget. I absolutely recommend SS for a valuable user experience. Pros The boolean search feature, along with list saving and tagging are all great functionalities that create an efficient process. Cons We still receive a lot of bounced emails. SS makes the process fairly simply in getting these corrected, but it requires revisiting the same contacts a second time. I use it alongside other similar tools so I don't utilize the full product functionality, but I find it very complementary. Pros SourceScrub is a great tool for sourcing, it's a one stop shop for company overviews, investment history, growth, and finding company contact information. I find that the information is reliable, thorough, and up to date.
