I do believe it's a quality email signature solution, I just found something that was more beneficial in our particular case. I found Hornet by reading about their cyber security for Microsoft 365 -- Email Signature and Disclaimer is secure, legally compliant and trusted by healthcare organizations. Pros \- Features and feature quality -- company wide email signatures and active directory, disclaimers, secure communication links, highly secure overall. - Signature creation and implementation in a reasonable amount of time. - Company offers email encryption, malware protection, spam blocker, continuity, archiving, Microsoft 365 security and backup. Cons \- (Perhaps) not affordable or practical -- pricing is not clear initially. - No signature preview when composing email.
