The customer service is excellent and always respond promptly. The template for communicating the app to parents and additional marketing materials was a bonus. Pros The most powerful features of the app are bringing our social media channels together in one simple, easy to use app. Our feedback to date from parents and carers has been very positive. Cons I would prefer the option to have the content of the useful links on the settings screen. I rather than having to click again. The option to have icons for each link - similar to the settings page - would make the app more user friendly rather than simply directing users to our website or external site.
