Haber podido probar el producto sin compromiso nos ha parecido genial y ha ayudado en la decisión, otras empresas muestran la demo pero no permiten probarlo. Muy buen producto. Inmejorable atención y gestión del proyecto por parte de Ithikios. Adaptación completa a nuestras necesidades. Rápida implementación de la herramienta.

Pros

El software está muy bien diseñado, la plataforma de gestión de comunicaciones recibidas es intuitiva y muy fácil de gestionar. Hemos podido configurar el software en función de nuestras necesidades e imagen de empresa. La atención recibida por parte del personal de Ithikios es inmejorable, han gestionado todas nuestras peticiones de una manera ágil y satisfactoria. Nos ha gustado disponer de la demo en la página web de manera que pudimos probar la herramienta antes del primer encuentro comercial, frente a otras opciones que muestran la demo pero no nos la ponen a disposición para probarla.

Cons

No se nos ocurre nada porque Ithikios es inmejorable en todos los aspectos y la herramienta está muy bien diseñada.

Dependencia del proveedor para limpiar la aplicación de pruebas y que o se limpia todo o nada, es decir, si convive un denuncia real con una prueba, no se puede borrar solo la de prueba. Sí se puede marcar como error la de prueba,para tenerla indentificada.

Experiencia muy positiva, por su buena gestión, soporte técnico y formación a los usuarios de la plataforma.

Pros

La herramienta es muy intuitiva y de fácil uso. Te permite ciertas configuraciones y resulta muy versátil, ofreciendo una solución adaptada a la tipología de organización y la forma en la que ésta desee canalizar las denuncias para dar cumplimiento a la normativa en vigor. Segura y con garantías de anonimato.

Cons

Nada reseñable para comentar. Hasta el momento la experiencia es muy positiva.

Queríamos implementar un canal ético de uso sencillo para el usuario y también para la gestión de back office. La herramienta que Ithikios nos ofrecía cumplía perfectamente con lo que estábamos buscando.

Pros

Es un canal muy intuitivo y fácil de implementar, que permite la configuración sin necesidad de tener conocimientos técnicos. Tiene muchos campos configurables, lo que ha permitido la adaptación a nuestras necesidades. Puedes hacer un seguimiento ordenado de las comunicaciones recibidas, con generación de estadísticas e informes.

Cons

No hay nada del software que no me haya gustado.
