## What is SMART INTERVIEW?

SMART INTERVIEW is pre-recorded video interview tool that allows HR professionals and to conduct video interviews remotely, for preselection, recruitment, internal mobility, team audits, and training. The interviewer can select from pre-defined questions or create customised questions in a combination of video, audio and text format. Upon completion the interviewer can instantly view the candidate’s responses and give appreciation. And can invite other reviewers for their feedback.

It was amazing to use this product, we had a very fluid process to select the candidate

Pros

Easy to use, fast to know the participants, and a great way to organize there interviews.

Cons

A little more time on some of the answers of the participants. 1 min its sometimes short.
