Pros It's easy to use and the support team is always there to help. The accounting features are excellent, and managing sales is very straightforward. Cons There are a few bugs, but they are generally easy to fix. The pricing is high, and sometimes an upgrade is necessary to improve ease of use. Pros Sage 200 can handle higher number of transactions as compared to its predecessor l. The inclusion of cost center and department has improved our reporting exponentially. With Sage 200, we were able to manage inventory pretty well knowing our stock at warehouse level and the branch level. Cons The implementation of Sage 200 is a tedious affair. The data had to be cleaned before moving it to the new software. Secondly, it's UI design still lacks the finnes which other peers provide.
