They taught us so much about R&D credits. We actually use their suggestions when doing our books now. Now, with just a few clicks, we can apply for new credits every year. Pros I think they do a good job helping business determine what spend can be used when applying for tax credits. We are a a tech company, and after going through the online questionnaire, and following up with the support team at Neo.Tax, we determined my company was eligible for a decent sized tax credit, which they helped me apply for. They also offer an app that connects to our Quickbooks Online, which makes reviewing our books easier (for R&D credits). Cons I didn't find any real flaws with the software, but even if I was confused at certain parts, I always got excellent support from Neo.Tax CS team. I let them know the changes and they got everything updated, walked me through what I needed to do and voila! Pros Fairly easy to complete most of the information on my own without assistance from customer support. Cons I was not able to import my payroll information on my own. I had to set up a meeting with customer support for their assistance. They were very helpful, shared a screen, spreadsheet, etc to get all my information entered.
