Além disto uma vez compreendia a UI, você consegue transitar facilmente e usufruir, porém isto não é totalmente intuitivo. Pros Gosto da forma como organiza o workflow e as equipes responsáveis, atribuindo tarefas e funções. Facilita ao profissional ter claro as atividades a serem cumpridas e entregues. Gosto também da visualização da foto de perfil nos fluxos/cards, pois ajuda a identificar facilmente. Cons Atualização. Até o momento, acredito que a necessidade de atualizar a página acaba às vezes causando que o profissional nao se atente a uma atualização. É preciso lembrar de fazer o refresh com uma frequência. Com certeza, uma ferramenta completa que pode integrar todos os departamentos de uma empresa em um só lugar. Além disso, a usabilidade da ferramenta é sensacional. Cons Não chego a sentir falta de nada na Ummense. O que colocaria como um ponto de atenção para o futuro cliente é que, embora a ferramenta tenha vários modelos de fluxos pré configurados que seja possível aplicar na sua empresa, talvez ainda seja necessário alguma adaptação ao seu modelo de negócio para que a ferramenta possa melhor atendê-lo. Minha sugestão é: o quanto antes for possível automatizar tudo dentro dela, e deixar tudo bem redondinho, melhor será! Reasons for choosing Ummense Pois somente na Ummense encontrei todas as ferramentas que precisava. Se não fosse assim, precisaria de mais de uma ferramenta para dar conta de tudo. Cons Confesso que a única coisa que ainda sinto falta e acredito que vai me ajudar muito no futuro, seria mais espaço dentro do U-drive.
