Pros

Smash est l'un des meilleurs outils pour transférer des gros fichiers sur le web. Toutes ses fonctionnalités sont juste meilleures, surtout qu'il n'y a pas de limite maximum de transfert. J'adore également le fait qu'on n'a pas besoin de créer un compte pour l'utiliser. En plus je peux modifier le lien de transfert comme bon me semble (cela facilite surtout la réception).

Cons

L'interface de la version web devrait être revu car c'est un peu difficile à manipuler pour les nouveaux utilisateurs.

Mon expérience globale d'utilisation est mauvaise. Un mauvais produit et un service client incompétent.

Pros

Je ne vois pas beaucoup d'avantage à un logiciel qui ne respecte pas ses fonctions premières.

Cons

Aucun de mes chargements de plus de 15 go ne passe avec Smash (alors qu'ils passent très bien avec wetransfert par exemple) et quand j'ai demandé un remboursement de mon achat ils ont tout simplement refusé. J'ai donc payé 86e pour un service de transfert de fichier sois-disant "lourd et sécurisé" qui ne fonctionne absolument pas.. Je vous déconseille fortement d'utiliser ce service.

It seems incorrect to us to say that the service "absolutely does not work", when you have been a subscriber for years and over the last 4 months, you have made more than a hundred transfers, some of which are very large, larger than 15GB. Given the high usage of the service, we cannot accept a refund. We shared your feedback to our teams, who already ensure the daily performance and stability of transfers of all sizes. The Smash Team

Transferts sécurisés et rapides de fichiers, avec une interface personnalisable qui fait pro pour les clients qui se connectent au lien !Souplesse dans l'utilisation avec la possibilité de créer un lien ou bien de transférer le(s) fichier(s) tels quels.

J'ai pu échanger des gros fichiers avec Smash et c'est un gros plus par rapport aux autre services cloud, il faut juste être conscient qu'avec la version gratuite le temps et la disponibilité est limité et c'est tout à fait normal, les serveurs sont performants, l'utilisation agréable

Pros

Le fait que c'est service Français, au tout début de l'aventure je sais que les serveurs étaient basés à Lyon, le fait que les fichiers échangées peuvent être plus importants en terme de poids que sur les les autres plateforme d'échange gratuit

Cons

Si le poids est plus important que chez la concurrence le temps de disponibilité des fichiers est plus court, l'autre inconvénient c'est qu'il est clairement indiqué que si vous utilisez la version gratuite le traitement de vos fichiers ne sera pas prioritaire

L'interface, on clique sur la page directement pour aller chercher ses fichiers, comment faire plus simple ?! Et le partenariat avec Adobe, en tant que graphiste, je ne peux qu'approuver. Et je soutiens une boîte française !

Es una herramienta increible! Me permite proteger el archivo que envio asignandole una clave o contraseña, me genera un registro de las veces que dicho archivo que envié ha sido descargado y también puedo establecer el periodo de vencimiento del mismo. Magnifico!

Pros

Lo que más me ha gustado de Smash es que no me limita el peso de los archivos a enviar.

Cons

Me encanta todo de Smash, desde que la conocí, dejé de utilizar otras opciones que contenian algunas restricciones o limitantes. Es la mejor web para envio de archivos de gran tamaño.
