Pros

That it not only helps with tracking visitors, but it tracks when our residents leave the building, who they leave with, and when they return.

Cons

I can’t list any cons - it was a lifesaver during the pandemic.

Fairly prompt customer service (needed more badge paper) but very disappointed on how unwieldy the check-in became after update - takes longer than it needs to. If they could make the C-19 part so functional and fast, why not the other parts?

Pros

Easy to use, easy to read screen, badges are helpful

Cons

The updates added more steps/key presses, that could so easily have been eliminated to speed up the check-in process. Example: for C-19 symptoms the screen forwards auto but all others you have to come back across to push "continue/next".

Reasons for choosing Accushield

I had used it at another facility so when we decided to get one I researched several and then called that place and lo and behold they used Accushield which I had liked there but hadn't recalled what company it was. It was one I had narrowed the field to, so my previous exposure to it, along with their recommendation, sold us.
