"Supported platform and highly collaborative."

Pros: Their forte lies in solving problems within the virtual event industry, providing an exceptional platform for hosting immensely scalable virtual events featuring impressive capabilities such as one-on-one meetings and an analytics dashboard.

Cons: There were no drawbacks as such because Social27 was really supportive.

"a platform that faster supports"

Pros: Their expertise lies in solving problems within the realm of virtual events, providing an excellent platform for hosting scalable virtual events with impressive features like one-on-one meetings and an analytics dashboard.

Cons: Social27 was quite helpful, thus there were no real drawbacks.

"The UI is very nice"

Overall: The experience is as good as LIVE.

Pros: The interface is very convenient for first-time users. The DIY feature allows making changes easily and conveniently.

Cons: Would attend more events to share dislikes.

"Good looking hub with bright future in virtual world"

Overall: Gives the same experience as attending an event in-person.

Pros: The best part is its combination of access to the DIY system and the support of the project manager for the personalized assistance that helped and guided from start to end. We can edit when required.

Cons: Would attend more events to share dislikes.

"Quick Customer Support System "

Overall: What i like the most about this platform is that we can attend all the event virtually without a miss and if in case you missed an event, you will get the recorded sessions. So, this makes the platform unique.

Pros: Social27 is a popular hybrid event platform with a unique event outcome and quick customer support. Had an excellent experience; it's easy software to use. Social27 manages all customer interactions coming from multiple channels. Automate ticket management and measure satisfaction.

Cons: There nothing as such to dislike about Social27.

"Time efficient "

Overall: My overall experience while using this app was excellent and in future, I will recommend it to my contacts.

Pros: Social27 is the best platform to use, as you will get instant replies from customer support, and we can attend all the live sessions without going anywhere else, and I found this the best part. Even you will get the recorded session if in any case, you miss any session.

Cons: I found this platform the best, so I do not see such a thing to say about Social27.

"Best Virtual Event Platform!"

Overall: Overall experience was good, appreciate the team effort, and dedication they have for their product.

Pros: One of the main things that I and my entire team love about Social27 is the reporting feature that is provided to event owners. It helps you better understand your audience and their engagement so that the experience attendee experience can be tailored for attendees and appeal to them even more. After all, that was the main purpose of our move to a virtual/hybrid model, as we were never able to gain as much insight from live, in-person events.

Cons: Few things are not ready on production, like the gamification feature.

"It's a great tool for presenting webinars."

Overall: The platform is making conducting and attending virtual events so convenient and hassle free. You can connect with folks just restricted to India but residing globally with ease.

Pros: The feature to showcase enables me to present whatever i want to in a very convenient and quick way. It makes the discussions more informative.

Cons: Not dislike exactly but I wasn't able to explore all the features as i never felt the need for them so would like to explore them whenever i use the platform next time.

"Reporting and Analytics, right at the fingertips "

Overall: I plan to expand my business reach, so it helps understand my audience engagement since it allows attendees to engage in-person, on their phones, or at home/office.

Pros: As a user and administrator, it works outstanding for us. Social27 provided insight into real-time analytics on every page of my virtual event. This is what I want to see as an event owner. The Social27 virtual event platform recommends the most relevant content and connections to the attendees for a personalized experience. It aids in understanding audience engagement and assists in customization per their interests. The Social27 event platform helps expand the reach and incentivizes attendees to engage, whether in-person, on their phones, or from their home/office.

Cons: Limitation of attendees with different integrations, but they are working on increasing the limit.

Pros: Social27 has almost all features that we can expect from any event platform. It manages each event cycle very well. While giving data and insight to maximize its value.

Cons: Sometimes few features are not utilized.
