Pros One of the main things that I and my entire team love about Social27 is the reporting feature that is provided to event owners. It helps you better understand your audience and their engagement so that the experience attendee experience can be tailored for attendees and appeal to them even more. After all, that was the main purpose of our move to a virtual/hybrid model, as we were never able to gain as much insight from live, in-person events. Cons Few things are not ready on production, like the gamification feature. The Social27 virtual event platform recommends the most relevant content and connections to the attendees for a personalized experience. It aids in understanding audience engagement and assists in customization per their interests. The Social27 event platform helps expand the reach and incentivizes attendees to engage, whether in-person, on their phones, or from their home/office.
