Freelance Marketing Consultant Import and Export Used the software for: I used a free trial ### "Edara ERP a good choice for Small and Medium Business in Middle East" June 4, 2023 4.0 Few years ago, I was part of a team to select an ERP for one of my clients, we compared a lot of several players in the Egyptian market along with global players. What surprise me back then is how Edara ERP is a great system to use it comparing all other local players, even comparing to global players in the same ERP tier. However, eventually we didn't select Edara ERP, it's nothing wrong with them but we've found another customized solution to our case. Edara ERP was my #1 recommendation in terms of customer support, ease of use, and credible long list of customer base. Pros \- Their team was supportive, ease of use, and credible long list of customer base and most of them in the Commercial/distribution business (that's when I was considering buying it in 2020-2021)- They keep updating their system and adding features to it on monthly base.- They keep updating with Egyptian governments regulation updates- Their content marketing was very helpful comparing to other competitors. Cons As a cloud ERP, It was not affordable to add some major features for a specific industry, that's why my client opt-in to another industry-specific solution.
