There is a learning curve with any new database, but we are quickly becoming adept at using the system. It will continue to meet our needs for years to come.

Pros

Robust database management for a reasonable cost

Cons

Being one of the first sponsorship organizations to utilize this software, there were some difficulties during implementation. However, there customer support is top notch and we have worked through it.
