Pros After going through the video guides on how to create documents, I feel it is not difficult to create simple documents for users to sign for novices like me.It will be more challenging when creating documents that require using Excel formulas. This is where you need to use advance expressions function to create the code for it.As I am unfamiliar with javascript, their support team helped and guide me on how to achieve my desired outcome for my document after analyzing my Excel form. Cons When creating templates, the system may be laggy, and the alphabet will appear a bit too slow.I understand that the team has looked into it and a new version of the software is on the way. Reasons for choosing Crove Cheaper and Crove keep on adding new features and video guides and will continue to improve the software based on their roadmap. Their prompt support, and frequent updates was what kept me on the platform.However, I'm so glad that I stayed!For what Crove accomplishes and streamlines for our team and clients, and for how far they've come, this is one of those "I'm so glad I didn't sell my Google stock in 2010" situations. :) I'm proud to use it at this point, and are confident when recommending it to your clients. Pros Custom regex functions, being able to minutely change the size and in-between spacing for text-block variables, conditional words and paragraphs, and much more.Forms are amazing. I haven't used anything else that beats the field customization you can do, independently of the document template itself, which is outstanding. Not much for branding control (colors, logo, etc.), but whitelabel is coming soon on their roadmap. This will be nice, but Crove has come such a long way with its UI and overall branding, that I don't mind people knowing we use it. It's polished. This is one of those apps that make your company and team look better, and positively influence client's perception and experience, for using it.Support is responsive, prompt, friendly.If you don't want to get complicated, it's easy to use their software as a beginner.Embeds work flawlessly, and are wonderfully-responsive to device sizes. You can whip up your own iFrame if you choose to, and it still embeds beautifully within that.The access variables and options are clear and easy to control.Probably a lot more I could add, but these are my main points. Cons Everything that I had issues with in their past V1 (I was an early adopter/user), has been fixed in their current V2, so I can't think of anything.That's rare! I just really like it.I guess my only con is waiting for new features on their roadmap to be released. And, that's not because they haven't been fast and timely with new features, updates, and fixes, but only due to my impatience. We use and/or test hundreds of SaaS and software each year, and Crove stands out as one that has shipped the most updates and new features, overall. I am already using it for simple and more complex processes and the support has been really helpful and responsive, an amazing tool, really! Finally I can implement more! :) Thanks! Pros Very convenient, essentiel for any business. It integrates with Integrately, Zapier, Pabbly, KonnectzIT, + Webhooks and API, so you can take input from any form (I use Paperform or Landbot with integration with Integrately) but any others will do, Crove also includes an internal form to have a all-in-one process if you prefer, and you can pretty much do everything related to PDF personalisation and automation. Cons There is one feature I needed as I run personality test and need to use severla pdf in one process so more complex, but the support has been great in helping me find a solution on how to implement mu use case and also updated their roadmap. If you're familiar with similar tools, the learning curve might not be as steep for you, but for me I found it sometimes difficult and too full of technical jargon. The help section was really useful in better understanding how to use the core features, but more video examples and a little more content would be super helpful to noobs like me. Pros My absolute favourite thing about Crove is that I can make forms fillable through a form. Instead of having editable text boxes throughout a PDF, for example, where you have to click through each section and hope that you don't miss anything, Crove has a form builder where you can simply answer each question one by one and it'll pre-fill the document. That's going to drive efficiency massively. I haven't tested the integration with Zapier, but I imagine if there's a feed in and out of this data, that you could pre-fill / export the data to drive even more efficiency elsewhere. Would be nice for more integrations than Zapier only (custom webhooks and API is available, though, if you're tech savvy enough to figure that out on your own). Cons There was a bit of a learning curve (I had to go through the help section to figure out some of the features), and it seems geared toward people who are already familiar with coding. It was also sometimes difficult to navigate between features; I couldn't figure out how to get out of the variables editor on the right to go back to the list of vairables. I wish I could edit the original Word document from inside the editor as well; instead, I'm left only able to insert my own new features. For instance, I uploaded a form that already had boxes in it to be filled - Crove allows me to insert text within its own boxes, but the sizing was different and it was too much of a manual process to try and get the box sizes to align. I wish I could just highlight pre-existing boxes and make that the editable field or something. I also found when I accidentally inserted a table that I had no idea how to delete the table. The MSA only needs the client name and changing however the SOW needs more adjustment each time. With Crove I have created a form where I can enter their details and it generates the document using the same text but with their details and a signature field. I can email this to them saving both parties time. Pros This is a great document signature tool with a generous free plan (watermarked) with plenty of HR and legal templates (including an NDA!). Cons A date picker would be nice for dates rather than separate drop downs for day, month, year, but this is a minor gripe. I don't manually have to enter and format information into a document that I send. This makes my job much easier and more efficient. It takes the hassle out of creating documents. I particularly like that I can quickly generate a document when I need it and it's not just limited to business proposals. Pros What I love about Crove App is that there's plenty of templates to choose from which allows document creation smooth and easy. The UI is clean and is easy to use. Cons What I like the least about Crove App is the lack of templates that pertains to my industry which is Web Design and Digital Marketing. If Crove App is advertising to be a tool to create these documents easily, we need to have a variety of templates available for all sorts of industries to really make it smooth and easy process for all users using Crove to create and manage documents!
