Pros

Automate documents based on a document using a form. e-signature. It allows conditional content on the documents. Best than most competitors

Cons

It is new so they are still adapting things, but support is really nice and they are changing things fast

I am trying to minimize the busywork in day to day operations, this fits right in.

Cons

Waiting for a legally binding esignature feature - its on the roadmap though.
