The customer support representative from cookie-script responds approximately once every four days, which is extremely poor service. Due to these delayed responses, our trial for the PLUS plan expired, and now we can’t continue testing because cross-domain consent only works on the PLUS plan. So this is a total mess, and now we’re stuck. Customer support is unresponsive, and I can’t pay for a monthly PLUS plan since they only allow an annual subscription – but I’m not going to buy it if I don’t even know whether their cross-domain consent solution actually works. So now I’m completely stuck, and I don’t know what to do next. Cons For this time nothing. Glad I chose Cookie-Script. Pros Excellent! Easy to set-up and with the best features by far compared to other similar platforms. Cons I would suggest to allow to use rich text within the "about cookies", custom text. Now "available" (visible) only if you use html tags. In addition, should allow to use .svg file format for custom image of the settings button. Having a simple CSS colours customisation for the free tier would be an appreciated extra too.
