Maßnahmen und Kontrollen lassen sich einfach zuweisen, Mitarbeitende sind schnell eingebunden, und das Tracking läuft effizient im Hintergrund mit. Die Echtzeit-Übersicht über Risiken und der klare Reporting-Bereich machen es deutlich leichter, den Überblick zu behalten. Besonders für Unternehmen mit regulatorischem Druck eine echte Hilfe. Pros Die Auditplanung ist super gelöst – mit anpassbaren Fragenkatalogen und praktischen Erinnerungsfunktionen. Auch die Maßnahmenverfolgung funktioniert problemlos. Die Oberfläche ist übersichtlich, das System flexibel einsetzbar, und bei Rückfragen reagiert der Support schnell und hilfsbereit. In der IT hilft es mir den Überblick über Risiken sowie assoziierte Kontrollen und Maßnahmen zu behalten. Pros Einfache und intuitive Benutzung: wir hatten zur Einführung einen Tag Einschulung gebucht aber schon nach kurzer Zeit haben wir das Nutzungskonzept verstanden. Schnelles Setup: innerhalb weniger Stunden konnten wir loslegen. Flotter Support & sehr freundliche, kompetente Unterstützung: kleinere Rückfragen in den Wochen/Monaten nach der Einführung wurden oftmals in weniger als einer Stunde beantwortet und gelöst. Cons Ich würde gerne Kontrollen und Maßnahmen (beziehungsweise generell Elemente) in einem neuen Tab öffnen um besser parallel arbeiten zu können. Außerdem wäre es praktisch von abgeschlossenen Kontrollen den Text für die Nächste zu kopieren. Besonders gut hat uns HITguard unterstützt bei: - Abbilden aller relevanten Assets, auf denen Risiken liegen - Tracking der Audits und Prüfergebnisse - Risiken erfassen und Änderungen dokumentiert speichern - Tracking der Maßnahmen und dazugehörigen Wirksamkeitsprüfungen Pros \- Sehr übersichtliches UI, was besonders für Practitioners wichtig ist, die das Produkt nicht ständig verwenden - Schnelles und einfaches Deployment als SaaS-Anwendung. - Das System war mit Unterstützung von einem Consultant sehr schnell eingerichtet und wir konnten es gleich verwenden - Im Vergleich zu anderen Produkten, die wir uns angesehen haben, ist HITguard viel einfacher verständlich und bringt weniger unnötigen overhead - Sehr guter Support vom Hersteller, wenn wir mal Fragen haben. Cons Wir haben keine gravierenden Kritikpunkte. Anfangs hatten wir mit den Strukturen hinter den Audits und Prüfergebnissen Verständnisprobleme, aber das war schnell gelöst.
