Cons service d'assistence not always as quick or reactive, service caring of the client, follow up, lack of proactivity from the project leader and comercial side considering our needs. They are reactive, which is already amazing...but we need to move foward. And....the communication has not been always easy. It takes time to mastered but once everything is on place it is a powerful mobile learning tool, specially for teams on the fiels (commercial, med reps, point of selling) Pros Teach on Mars allows us to reach the people on the field, the medical reps. While they are waiting for doctors, they can train themselves and do a refresh to be ready for the meeting. Sa facilité d'utilisation nous a permis d'ancrer cet usage dans le quotidien de nos apprenants. Au final, nous avons un taux de déploiement et d'utilisation qui, selon les périodes, oscille entre 95 et 95% ! Et ce, depuis des années. Cette appli est vite devenue incontournable dans notre entreprise. Nous y déployons environ 85% de nos contenus de formation. Bref, c'est une vraie réussite !!! Pros La plateforme TOM est très simple à prendre en main, à paramétrer et à utiliser, que ce soit comme administrateur, concepteur, manager ou apprenant. Tout est fluide, ergonomique, ludique, stable et fiable. Cons Avoir plus de choix dans les exports de reporting (dates, périodes) serait un très gros plus. Il n'y a pas encore assez d'activités QCM.
