Pros It is easy to build email in my style with a drag-and-drop function. I can build various emails for my store and successfully send them to customers. The price is great and the support team is out of this world. BUT the best part is support always is willing to help and very very fast at responding and fixing any issue that might arise. Very happy and impressed. Everthing Publishing Used the software for: 2+ years ### "Easy to use with excellent customer service" October 18, 2023 5.0 Having all communication with customers appear branding consistent and professional is critical, and Yaymail was a breath of fresh air after struggling with the limited WooCommerce process email layout options. I also use the Yith Gift Cards plugin extension which works great too. Pros YayMail is easy to use, and once emails are set up performs well in the background and I like the simple intuitive visual UI. Best of all is the customer service. It's prompt, friendly and helpful. I remember at one point there was a feature I needed of felt the software lacked. Within a couple of days the dev team at yay had implemented it! Stella service! Pros It's very intuitive, if you can use Word, you can use YayMail. Within minutes you can have custom email templates that look wonderful - the add-ons, such as conditional login and gift card templates, make it a true powerhouse. The way you can copy template designs from one template to another is a real timesaver. Cons Maybe how it lacks a way to adapt global colours across templates. Review Source LD Luis D. Since the tool also has some add-ons, you can enhance the functions without hassle.The support team is also excellent. Cons Nothing! The plugin doesn't have any cons. Cons Initially, I felt bad a little because YayMail didn't support the popular DOKAN plugin, but then, the last time I checked, they had supported DOKAN, so I have NO feature suggestions now.
