Creating custom MSI or simple MSIs by placing files into folders is best for me. I use alternative tools for difference scanning/compiling MSIs ands higher licences are too expensive for education use. Pros Easy to create simple MSIs. Editing MSIs with full customisation and advanced tools mean smooth process in getting final product ready. Scanning to create an MSI is by far the easier feature. Cons Difficult to figure out what feature are available as part of your subscription. Several times I have worked on an msi only to find out on saving or testing that I needed a higher subscription/licence. Then I have to restart because I've no idea what I've used that is outside my licensing. Switched from [Asset Vision](https://www.capterra.com/p/34131/Asset-Vision/) Outdated and discontinued. Impossible to create custom MSIs - only useful for Discovery scanning and compiling. It made creating installer for our software much easier than I expected. At first I was confused with some options, but after using it for few days, things got clear. The interface is friendly and most things just click-and-done. Had few small issues with licensing and updates but support was helpful. It save me lots of time and I would definetly recommend it to others who need to build setups fast. Pros I like that it's very easy to use even if you're not expert in installer stuff. The GUI is clean and not confusing like other tools I tried before. Also, I really like that you can make MSI and EXE both without writting code manually. It save me lot of time for our app releases. The prebuild templates is also very helpful and saves lots of headache. Honestly, it just works. Cons Sometime it feels little slow when project get bigger, like it take time to open or build. Also, some advanced feature are hidden behind paywall, so you have to upgrade even for small things like digital sign automation. Few error messages are not very clear, had to google to figure out what was wrong. But overall not too bad.
