Used the software for: ### "Total Party Planner Review!" December 12, 2016 4.0 Having come from the Delphi program before, I enjoy how user -friendly the program is. For the most part, the sequence of steps makes sense for creating and managing a booking. It's too bad that the program sorts by the event contact rather than the company but it isn't too detrimental in terms of "big picture." I really appreciate that whenever we have comments about the program, Comments are sent to development. Many times, our comments are heard and make a difference. Thank you! Review Source KW Katie W. We never have to wait very long to hear back with an answer or a phone call to help move us forward. Communication is key and they keep the customer informed as to update, upgrades, new features etc. And the best part is we can share what our needs are and they will try to incorporate it. However if you need to manage an inexperienced sales team, then it may not be a good choice. This feature rich software includes functions that others charge more for. In fact, it has more built in features than I use. No learning curve for me.. I never really setup this software, or trained to use it, but jumped in head first. TPP helps our account managers keep track of everything for a catering event in one place. We even bill out of TPP and then import that info into our accounting software - works great and keeps the data entry to a minimum. If you don't know how to do something, they have a great library that explains everything step by step and if you can't find what you need, their customer support is very quick to get back to you. It was a huge step up from Quickbooks Invoicing. It helped keep track of menu items, recipes, pricing, staffing, inventory and so much more. It helped facilitate our growth over the years.
