Pros Centralized oversight is a huge benefit, being able to monitor local sends, performance, and activity in one place streamlines operations. Cons Setup requires thoughtful planning around governance and roles, which can slow initial rollout. Reporting and analytics are more high-level than detailed. We have had no issues with performance, it is easy to use, and it has many convenience features. Highly recommend. Pros Sageflo Radiate makes it easy to manage all of our eclub promotions and messaging. Being able to see all of our previously launched campaigns and to copy and edit the ones we use the most is very convenient and saves a lot of time. Creating new campaigns is also a breeze because we are able to generate templates. Cons I haven't found anything that I don't like about Sageflo, and I have been using it for the past 2 years. All the templates are there and I can send a eclub message to 10k people in the matter of minutes. Pros I like how it is easy to use for culvers and our marketing is great results with it. Seems like Sageflo is growing our sales and its easy to use. Pros I love how streamlined it easy. Very easy to maneuver around the website. I also feel like they are always updating their features. Cons I have noticed that when campaigns are sent out, my staff is unaware that there are promotions or coupons on the app for that day. Easy to use and delete parts we dont need in newsletter. Love using the product Pros Radiate is very easy to use. Email management is imported in from our systems, so very easy. Pros The way I can customize everything to how I want! There is a bunch of different text boxes, images, fonts, and all kinds of options to personalize. Pros The fact that it is so easy to use ! Adding prompts and images is so straight forward. I am not tech savy yet can make amazing newsletters at will. I make sure that there are coupon/discount messages to bring guests into my business but also messages that may be centered around the introduction of new or limited time products or a co-branding event taking place to show our subscribers our community involvement. Pros I like the partnership that Sageflo Radiate has with my Franchise to create templates that makes it easy to manipulate to meet my needs. " August 24, 2021 4.0 Pros The Radiate software was an easy transition for our organization. After a brief training session, we were able to create messages and plan our email marketing campaigns more efficiently by using the performance analytics tool. Another great feature is the calendar, which allows us to look back on previously sent messages and make updates accordingly. Our guests enjoy the artwork that we're able to include in our messages to enhance engagement. Overall I would recommend the Radiate software. Cons A feature that I would find beneficial being added is that of customizing font. Such as font color, style, bold, etc. This would aid in allowing key information to stand out to our guests, vs. having all the text appear to be the same.
