Studio Enterprise's functionality allowed us to eliminate 30+ externally developed-and-maintained business processes. Our Donor Development team has been transformed with how efficiently they are now able to work. The MailChimp integration has saved us significant time and money with our email ministry and marketing. Ability to update recurring credit card donations card info previous to expiring has also saved significant time and prevented loss of donations.

Pros

No software can fully meet each ministry's needs out of the box. Donor Direct provides an excellent base of functionality (especially for broadcast media) to which no other software compares. The ability to add custom tables directly into the database plus the ability to develop/schedule workflows allows us to customize the application for our specific ministry needs. Excellent MailChimp integration too.

Cons

No ability to migrate data from the production environment to the Test/Prototype databases without significant SQL programming on the back-end. The audit trail on account records could be a bit more robust.
