Very positive, but not for everyone. The pharmacy model is built on instant ajudication and pharmacy owners need to reprogram their expectations on claims. This is not a "quick money" opportunity but rather a full overhaul of pharmacy care that leverages our uniquue patient access and encoutners. Pharmacies should be prepared to put in $20-$30,000 in this venture and work with MMC to build a truly self-sustaining separate business service. Those pharmacies who do not have a dedicated clinical team member will have a difficult time obtaining the full potential of MMC.

Pros

The accessabilty and reporting are extremely intuitive. It is very necessary that we can access the platform from any computer any where anytime to be truly mobile with our patient popualtion.

Cons

The claim submission and search features are not as intuitive as the other feautures of the program. When it comes to serives we provide that have overhead costs we need to be able to filter by service rendered and see if we are being adequately reimbursed, not simply filtering by patient name or plan. For example, on a flu shot i would like to be able to filter a search for all patients that I have submitted a flu shot for and monitor reimbursement.

### "What you are looking for!"

Pros

This is what pharmacies and pharmacists looking to use their clinical knowledge to grow their pharmacy, assist patients in health outcomes, and be able to be reimbursed from medical plans for that service have been waiting for. This platform has completely changed how we do our daily work. Certainly during these pandemic times the need for pharmacists to be able to be involved clinically and be able to credential and contract with medical plans is greater than ever. The platform is easy to use (more so than other EHRs) and creates a low barrier to success for busy pharmacies to expand and utilize clinical services.

Cons

Understanding medical billing can be challenging and sometimes there can be a delay in processing claims. However, there are dedicated customer advocates who offer quick assistance.

### "Stay away and seek legal advise before you sign up"

As a pharmacy owner, I was looking forward to working with Mobile Mediclaim for credentialing services, but unfortunately, the experience didn’t meet expectations. While they initially seemed helpful, the intricacies of legal compliance and the associated costs weren’t clearly explained upfront, which left me feeling unprepared for what I was signing up for. To complicate matters, they didn’t provide any services after I signed up, yet refused to issue a refund. We tried reaching out to find a fair resolution. Their representative said they would connect us with management, but we never heard anything back. While I understand that businesses have policies, I believe more transparency and flexibility could have turned this situation around. I’d recommend pharmacy owners and healthcare professionals proceed with caution and ensure all details are clearly laid out and the model they propose is compliant with the laws in their state before committing."

A+, From the start to finish, I had zero complaints. Very pleased with the flow of the process.

Pros

This software has aided in completely diversifying my revenue through a different billing arena that pharmacist have never been able to use. Since September my focus has not been on PBM revenue, it has shifted to billing for clinical services we perform on a daily basis. I would recommend Mobile MediClaim to anyone in this industry.

Cons

As of now there is not anything that I would consider a con. The billing part takes some time to get use to but MM team guides you through the process.

### "Don't even conider it. "

Mobile Mediclaim depends on the fact that most pharmacists don't know the medical billing space. I was very aware of medical billing and I was very skeptical about their process, I asked a lot of questions and answers always went back to the money guarantee (you don't have anything to lose type of conversation), well guess what. I lost a lot of money ($16K) plus all the lost claims that I could've done myself because of the wording of the money back guarantee which is essentially BS. On top of that they failed to get me contracted with any plan that they promised to get me in network with. To sum up, Mobile Mediclaim was the worst investment of my life (Past & Future), I truly wish I did listen to the couple of bad reviews that were there explaining the similar experience.

Pros

A very convenient way to flush $16,000 Instantly

Cons

Overpromising, Underdelivering, and Extremely expensive start up cost and expensive EHR system.

Pros

Eligibility checks were great. Electronic Medical Records were easy to work with.

Cons

Takes way too long to get claims submitted to insurance carriers Support help was not helpful. Have to constantly monitor claim to see if there are denials. When there are rejects, you have to contact support which can take up to 24 hours.

### "Worst company to deal with"

I am extremely disappointed at Mobile Mediclaim and their false advertising. We signed up with them 2 years ago based on the promise of being able to bill insurance as a "provider" outside of our pharmacy processing. The follow up for most part has been a joke. If I could rate them lower than 0, I would.

Pros

Nothing. The staff and the account managers are not trained properly, constant turnover. The staff is not familiar with the laws and regulations.

Cons

Everything. There is constant turnover of the account representatives. They do not communicate with the clients nor themselves effectively. After 2 years of waiting to get credentialed, nothing happened. Paid $16,000 to the company and spent another $6,000-$8,000 (Medical director, insurance, etc) and absolutely nothing to show for.

I am grateful that mobile mediclaim offers this services. It allows me to better utilize my training and degree all while offering better services to my customers.

Pros

It is easy to set up and allows me to offer services to my clients that I normally could only do on a cash basis, but now allows me to bill their insurance.

Cons

It did take a while to get set up. This has more to do with the contracting part with insurance companies and not mobile mediclaim.

I have found Mobile MediClaim to be very helpful from enrollment to software training to understanding clinical care billing. My account rep has been outstanding answering our questions. I have found their program allows me to introduce more clinical programs for my patients and our community.

Pros

The software is easy to navigate. Templates are very helpful. Can easily make edits within the patients file. Its easy to find patients eligibility status.

Cons

We are a new company. We have not come across any issues that have affected our workflow.
