They have a great product that was easy for us to customize and was a great user experience for our viewers, but my favorite part was working with the team. They were incredibly helpful, did a great job managing our stress and easing our anxieties. Jumbo was perfect for making sure our users had a clean and captivating experience. Cons We had users who wanted the breakout rooms to literally be Zoom- not very similar and user friendly, but literally Zoom. This seems like a completely unreasonable expectation to me, but it was my least favorite part - explaining to folks why they had to allow their browser to use the mic and camera since it wasn't Zoom.
