Noi abbiamo due ecommerce e tre marketplace e un flusso abbastanza corposo di documenti (ordini di vendita e fatturazione) e un sistema complesso di controllo dei pagamenti e con Starty possiamo gestire tutto.

Pros

Il prodotto è cloud e quindi si può utilizzare con molta facilità,è completo anche della parte contabile, cosa che in molti altri software online non c'è. Ma la cosa davvero apprezzabile è che il team ci lavora costantemente, migliorando e correggendo il prodotto. E qusto non è poco. Inoltre c'è un rapporto diretto con persone che ti seguono e rispondono.

Cons

Forse per alcune cose ancora un po' acerbo ma, visto che è in continua trasformazione sono certa anche arriverà al top.

A causa di un avvicendamento di personale mi sono trovata a controllare il bilancio con il supporto del commercialista e nonostante per me fossero argomenti nuovi, non ho avuto difficoltà ad effettuare interrogazioni e verifiche.

Pros

Il fatto che riesco a fare contabilità in modo semplice pur non essendo una ragioniera con esperienza contabile

Cons

Non c'è una correzione massiva del medesimo errore nelle scritture contabili automatiche: attenzione, è sufficiente controllare il risultato dopo la prima configurazione.

E' stata un'esperienza molto positiva, benchè sia un programma che si discosta dagli altri programmi di contabilità usati fino a adesso, siamo riusciti ad essere operativi fin da subito e sono bastate pochissime ore di formazione per iniziare a lavorare a pieno regime

Un programma veramente semplice, intuitivo nel layout, velocissimo nell'elaborare i dati e un aiuto concreto nella registrazione della prima nota

Il dover inserire un codice prodotto per ogni tipo di articolo, spesa e/o servizio che dobbiamo registrare

Molto intuitivo, facile da usare e soprattutto con la possibilità di migliorarlo in base alle mie esigenze. Essendo cloud posso gestirmi dove voglio senza nessun impedimento, ad oggi l'ho usato ovunque. Per non parlare dell'assistenza a cui vanno anche più di 5 stelle, sempre disponibile e sul pezzo senza attendere ore o gironi come il mio vecchio gestionale.

Vorrei alcune funzioni che migliorerebbero il mio lavoro, le ho chieste e l'assistenza ne ha preso nota, alcune nel tempo sono state inserite.

Complessivamente è molto buona ed è consigliatissima Il supporto tecnico - in linea e quasi in tempo reale - è molto reattivo e competente

Lo utilizziamo in due società di commercio all'ingrosso B2B da quasi 10 anni. E' un sistema veloce, affidabile (piattaforma cloud, non abbiamo mai registrato assenza di servizio) e relativamente semplice da utilizzare. Prevede flussi documentali che consentono di automatizzare le operazioni più ricorrenti in modo semplice ed intuitivo

Servirebbe una maggiore possibilità di customizzare i processi per adeguarli alla propria organizzazione. Almeno nella nostra versione, non si adatta a chi fa produzione Manca una versione per dispositivi mobili, che sarebbe molto utile quando non si è davanti al PC

Rispetto al programma precedente che avevo, questo mi permette di gestire i vari documenti con maggiore semplicità e velocità.

software molto facile e molto intuitivo e anche completo. Inoltre se ho dei dubbi basta che io scriva la mia domanda all'assistente, e dopo pochi minuti ricevo la risposta.

Cons

la parte di gestione dei listini di acquisto, in quanto non permette di inserire degli articoli con il relativo prezzo e il relativo sconto applicato, ma gli sconti dei fornitori vanno gestiti separatamente dai listini
