I highly recommend anyone running a business especially in Tech that needs a solid project management software. Pros I've used so many popular mainstream tools for my job and as an entrepreneur. I love Calido over all of them. It is feature rich, easy to use and makes planning efficient and fun. Cons Honestly there isn't anything that I don't absolutely love about Calido. Manager Information Technology and Services Used the software for: I used a free trial ### "This was a pleasant surprise" June 14, 2022 5.0 I used the trial feature to suggest to a friend of mine to buy the software. I liked it and he eventually bought it. I considered buying it myself but found out that services like Trello was enough for my workflow for now. Pros I mostly liked the usability of the overall software. Most parts was easy to understand and set up. This is where many other similar PM tools fails greatly. Cons Some small UI design was not that polished and probably needs some work. But it goes away from your eye pretty quickly. May 27, 2022 5.0 Great product, easy to use, great customer support, and a constantly growing team, all gives me confidence that Calido will be around for a long, long time, and that means a long, long time within my workflows and businesses, so I look forward to being a long-term customer. Pros I'm just getting used to it and still learning everything it can do, I keep finding other areas I can use it for in my business and product launches, and it's slowly taking over things some other software can do, too. This is becoming one of my most used tools, and I plan to use it with clients as well. So far, Calido is not only great, but it's constantly growing and getting better. Cons Nothing to speak of here at this point, and if there are any (small) gaps, rest assured the team knows about it and is working towards a solution. Reason for choosing Calido Calido is so close to an all in one product and project management tool, it's great. I can roadmap all of my existing products and projects, and start to map the ones I've been thinking about for future build out. Project Manager Professional Training & Coaching Used the software for: Less than 6 months ### "Excellent Product Management Tool" May 29, 2022 5.0 Very good, responsive team and also nice clean, intuitive interface. Pros I love the clean user interface plus the fact that I can import my own lists from Google Docs into any of the templates. It also has a nice Gantt charge feature which I wasn't expecting so bonus points. Overall, I'm looking to apply this tool both into my own work plus training my students using an enterprise grade piece of software. The tool is intuitive so I was able to get up and running pretty quickly. It also has a lot of templates for strategic product management including Kanban charts, Empathy mapping and OKRs. Jira and Co. are established, but they are more suited to the technical handling of development work. The management of products, i.e. the more strategic view, is regularly neglected. Calido closes a real gap here and is already so flexible that it can be adapted to the most diverse framework conditions of projects. The whole issue of project clarification, a constant bone of contention between client and contractor, can be transparently presented and supported here. Calido goes even further here and one can imagine a multitude of things that the tool can support in terms of cooperation. The tool is fun to use and if you ever need support, it is extremely responsive and nimble. Thumbs up! Cons Further automation would really help. Pros I love how easy it is to jot down feature ideas and plans for my software, then organize and prioritize before tackling each one. Cons A few quirks in the interface, such as with dragging and dropping, but the team is continually improving the tool. I am not sure if it met our criteria, but it does meet the program help manager Pros It is easy to get started with and there is great support from the team . It visually looks good and i get the impression they are working quickly to improve the product. Cons I feel like it needs more depth. More options in the fields and subtasks.
