It does what it says, and it works well for my needs. Pros I like that there is a range of voices from different providers. I also like that you can tweak the voice to get it sounding how you want. The ability to save these settings is helpful too. Cons While there are a lot of voices to choose from and from a lot of providers, I wish there were a couple more options for my country. I found Blakify, an affordable online TTS tool that can help you create audio files with any text you want. You can choose the language, the voice, set the speaking rate, add pauses or change the voice to make it sound more human-like. There are over 400 different voices to choose from, so you are bound to find one that suits your needs. Pros I have used many Text to speech tools, those that are expensive have word limits, affordable one do not have that quality or many features missing, but Blakify is affordable as well as gives premium output with unlimited word counts. I enter a text, choose a narrator(s) and click convert and a short time later I can download the audio file. And what I really love is that many of the voices don't sound typically AI or robotic, but you almost can't tell if it's a "computer" or a real person speaking. Cons Unfortunately, I miss the option to define the pronunciation of certain words (e.g. brands) and to choose the mood.
