I invested thinking I would get lifetime access, as promised. In reality, I only used a small part of my account's functionality (barely 30%). But since last January, TrueRanker has been asking me to pay again to continue accessing my account. This is quite simply a breach of contract and a betrayal of the trust of their first customers. Selling "lifetime" access and then going back on their word is not only dishonest, it also shows a total lack of respect for their users. It's a disgrace. People need to know who TrueRanker really is, and how they treat those who have supported them from the start. Pros The interface was fairly easy to use, and the rank tracking features seemed promising at first. I am honest. Cons The biggest issue is dishonesty: I purchased a lifetime plan, yet TrueRanker forced me to pay again to keep my account active. This is misleading and unacceptable. It's not Truranker but TrueScammers. I paid for 2000 keywords tracking during their Appsumo plan. However, I was able to use 500 keywords only. Now since Google has introduced js crawling update, Truranker showed us their true standard. These people clearly denied to continue LTD plans and asking to switch over to monthly paid plan with 10% penny discount. They cry over email and their platform dashboard. Their title is "It's not us, It's Google" If you are failed to provide the benefits, you simply release the refund to your LTD users. Pros It used to be a good tool before they start scamming their LTD users. I do not find anything Good with this product. Cons 1\. There's a delete account button: Easy to access, and the \[sensitive content hidden\] are there waiting for when you make the mistake and click on Delete my account button. Free money for them yeeea. 2. Scammers: I paid for business plan during their Life time deal on Appsumo. Now, they beg for monthly plan and discontinuing LTDs. LTD users still have access to their projects and their keywords (but we have had to limit the number of projects and the keywords are updated every 3 days). I have been using it for 2+ years now and when I work on my rankings the tool comes through and it is easier to decide on what to write about on our blog. And while it is a powerful toolset, the UI is very intuitive and simple to use. Pros I like the accuracy of the rank tracking, I like the extra SEO tools that they have built out, I like how easy it is to use as the UI is very intuitive, and I like the value. Cons I dont have any cons to list for TrueRanker. I hate it when a term I want to rank for is below the top 100, but that is on me not on them. It's affordable, and it does what a rank tracker is supposed to do! Pros TrueRanker is incredibly easy to use. Anyone with a bit of knowledge of SEO can deploy it in seconds. They are constantly improving it, and if there are minor bugs, they try to solve those as soon as possible. The feature I like the most is their sharable reports. Those let me share multiple reports with different clients, managing everything from a single dashboard. It leveled up my SEO game and my freelancer services. The team behind the product is excellent. Cons One potential issue is that it can be challenging to know whether your ranks are accurate since the system does not provide detailed feedback about how it works (they once had a bug that showed a lower ranking as the actual ranking). They have an Android app, but they don't have an iOS app, which isn't very pleasant for an Apple user like me.
