When they work well the system is very easy to run for extended periods with minimal issue. But once you have an issue you might as well call your vice president and threaten company war fare if you need help to solve a problem cause they take time to get stuff ironed out once it flops and that can be their biggest down fall. Otherwise they have lots of room for expansion with their product and it works well when maintained by tech capable people as your local support before you have to get with Blaze.

Pros

The system has many avenues for completing the same tasks and doing product entry and POS integration with multiple platforms. The tech support is there if you have to reach out. The platform works with many different other attachments in regard to POS expansion.

Cons

The tech support is there as mentioned above. But that doesn't mean the problem will be fixed first pass. And the team has bankers hours which isn't helpful for organizations that run long hours for retail. There are too many ways to skin the same cat. This level of functionality makes training hard because of the different practices that can be taught to do the same thing.

Pros

I like the wide range of functionalities in the POS software, and Blaze's willingness to take feedback into new development.

Cons

Blaze distro feels like an unfinished product, missing key basic funtionality.

Pros

Easy functionality, and user friendly for new first day on the job staff members.

Cons

Bugs and glitches regarding promotions and not being able to apply ,multiple promotion rules to a single discount

Overall a great product. The Blaze team are great and eager to assist with any errors, issues, or bugs.

Pros

Very user friendly and easy to navigate. Most desired features available.

Cons

Lags when there is a high volume of SKUs entered into the system. Leaves some things to be desired in the promotions, coupons, and loyalty sections.
