What impress me is the outstanding customer service. Cons I would say i struggle initally to use this software but this is because i have never used a product onboarding app before. I did not depend on any programmers or our webmaster to set it up. Within a few hours of me playing around with the app and learning how to use it I had already launched a tour that gave me valuable insights. Cons Nothing, whenever I had an issue, I'd reach out to customer support and they'd help me right away. The checklist and tours are what we use to educate our customers and help them along. It helped us smooth the process and helped to convert more sales.The support team are very responsive and happy to help. Cons It does take some time and learning to get to implement it correctly. I guess this is not the software's fault. It is just the process itself can be challenging to implement. They usually respond within minutes. In the beginning, we had some small feature requests and the team addressed them within days. Thanks to Product Fruits, we can now implement and improve the onboarding experience on the fly and without any deployment. A few weeks ago, we also collected feedback using the Adoption Meter and found a lot of optimization potential in our SaaS. You should definitely try this ;) Cons It has all the onboarding features we wanted and some more like the adoption meter to collect feedback. Pros Para nosotros, poder personalizar la experiencia del usuario en nuestras aplicaciones ha sido todo un éxito con Product Fruits. Además, nos permite publicar actualizaciones, manuales, "blogs" gracias a su help center y comunicarnos con los usuarios fácilmente de múltiples formas. Cons Puedes realizar tantas funciones que la curva de aprendizaje es alta al inicio, aunque no es difícil. Faltaría alguna personalización más sin tener que recurrir al código.
