We have been using ProductFruits for about two years now and have gradually implemented almost all of its features in our product. Over time, it has become an essential part of how we support and guide our users. Our software is a marketing and lead generation tool for real estate agents. A major challenge in our market is that many of our users have little or no marketing experience. Because of this, they often need additional guidance when getting started with digital tools and campaigns. ProductFruits helps us address exactly this challenge. With ProductFruits, we are able to guide users directly inside our application, provide contextual help, and make onboarding much easier. This significantly improves the first experience with our software and helps new users find their way more quickly. The support is always there and helps quickly and very effectively! Especially \[sensitive content hidden\] are doing support in a class of its own. Overall, ProductFruits has become a key component of our user onboarding and support strategy. It allows us to provide clear guidance inside the product and ensures that even users with little technical or marketing background are able to get started successfully.

Pros

The fast and continuous development of the platform. The recently introduced AI features are especially valuable. They make it much easier to create helpful content and support materials, allowing us to assist our users more efficiently.

Cons

The Tours and hints are often hard to postion and to create in a way that they work for desktop AND mobile. That could be improved.

I'm quite satisfied with migrating to Product Fruits thanks to its wide range of features, excellent value for money ratio, and overall experience.

Pros

Product Fruits is the most cost-effective digital adoption platform in the market. It offers a wide range of features, including powerful tours, surveys, a knowledge base, and more, all seamlessly integrated.

Cons

At times, the product seems a little raw, but it's understandable since it's been on the market for not a long time and seems to be evolving rapidly. Also, the browser extension used for editing the tours has some frequent bugs that fortunately don't prevent the work from being done.

The pre and post-sale service has been great. The onboarding process has been smooth, and the engineering team have said it was pretty easy to implement. Overall, it's been great, and I look forward to really looking into some of the more creative features.

Pros

Product Fruits follows the fundamentals of this type of product. Allows user to create unpublished flows and surveys etc. But the nuance of audience selection is really helpful. The kinds of comms we provide to our customers really needs to be select, so this was a key factor in our decision making process.

Cons

There is still a small learning curve, so not knowing this genre of app might create some challenges for a new user.

We've had an excellent experience with Product Fruits. Everyone goes above and beyond to be helpful. Support is extremely responsive. The software itself is extremely easy to use, intuitive and user friendly. It's also endlessly customizable and we have been able to quickly implement things.

Pros

How easy it is to use and how fast it is to learn. It's also very affordable. We got more features than we wanted and they're all useful to us. They're constantly updating and improving and adding new features. It's fun to use and never frustrating. We're enjoying learning how to use each feature and implementing them for our customers.

Cons

Some advanced features are difficult to figure out but the support is always able to help. We're looking forward to a better integration with our CRM Hubspot.

### "The BEST Onboarding Platform, Hands Down!"

Product fruits really takes the best parts about so many other product onboarding tools and puts it all into one easy to use platform with MUCH more customization. The product walkthroughs are by far our favorite feature, but the banners and popups and hints are amazing as well. I've tried a lot of customer onboarding platforms, and Product Fruits takes the cake by far. The ability to add custom CSS has been one of my favorite features, as it's allowed to take large tooltip/hints and make them into discreet tips that fit our user interface. So many other products won't let you add this level of customization. It's really perfect.

Pros

The product walkthroughs are by far our favorite feature.

Cons

My only negative experience has been that sometimes the product walkthroughs and tagging users with certain triggers takes a bit, which can lead to a glitchier experience for the end user. For instance, I'll finish a micro walkthrough which should trigger another walkthrough, but it takes 15 seconds or so before the next one starts up.

You were straight to the point, easy to understand pricing, and had powerful features without the extreme buildout like the others had. I think what I appreciated most was that rather than add half a million features, you allow me to customize directly with CSS rather than being overwhelmed with options like some sort of Wix Studio development software. Product Fruits is simple, but extremely powerful.

Product Fruits is a really helpful platform even for us firms that are non-English countries. It's really convenient for PMs or Marketing departments to make real quick changes and announcments as our SaaS updates.

Pros

1\. Easy to learn 2. Includes most of the functions that can quickly solve customer problems 3. Big time saver for PMs to post notifications or tutorials online without coding

Cons

1\. different pages' tours can't be linked together 2. Sometimes pointers for elements shows up late 3. If my subscribtion is expiring, it'd be better to recieve a notification since functionas like these we usually check in monthly so it's easy to miss the renewal

How easy it is to use. Most of the features are pretty straightforward.

Cons

Hit or miss if something actually publishes to our site. Additionally not having a just a preview environment that you can publish too without setting up segmentations etc. Its a bit tricky to understand and causes unwanted post to be public. Additionally not being able to link an already existing knowledge base to the account which then requires us to keep duplicate documentation in two places.

From sales to customer support to product management, the entire Product Fruits team has been great to work with so far. I enjoy receiving product tips via email, the team is very responsive when I have questions, and the product itself is pretty awesome.

Pros

I don't believe you'll find a product on the market that is easier to use, more full-featured, or at a better price point than Product Fruits. We previously used a leading competitor, but their pricing structure was not only hard to understand but also prohibitively expensive. This really limited us. In contrast, Product Fruits offers all their features at a single, reasonable cost, making it an exceptional value. Switching to Product Fruits has been a game-changer for us, providing us with a comprehensive solution without breaking the bank. Highly recommended!

Cons

Product Fruits is still in its early stages, so naturally, there are some deficiencies in the product. This requires a bit of patience and a willingness to support their ongoing development efforts. However, I actually appreciate having a voice in those improvements, so it's not really a negative for me. Being able to contribute feedback and see it shape the product is a unique and rewarding experience.

Overall the product provided a lot of fast iterations, run experiments by creating batches of users. The design side could do have better options. You get a lot of good tools and pre built chat and article features which are very useful.

Pros

I like how simple it was to create tours and attach items to elements using there editor which is really user friendly

Cons

If i had more options to customise the pop up or card designs on a CSS level. Atatching youtube videos comes with youtube player which i really hated, i would have liked if the player could hide or if it could allow uploading json to use lottie on my cards to make them more interactive

Not totally adapted to SaaS app, especially on our freetrial Branding is complicated and you can't really create card template. Some part you still need to edit branding into the creating mode
