The best feature which I liked about it was I had to send DIWALI gifts to my colleagues in different parts of the globe. The platform helped me decide on a budget for my gift. Cons Extremely slow processing and delivery. If you're in the US then everything is great but if you're in Southeast Asia like myself, it can take more than 2-3 weeks just for processing and who knows how long more before it arrives. The products are updated regularly, so receiving a box with a branded swag item included at the holidays, and then another box in the spring as a thank you gift does not get monotonous! The customer service is superb and I've never had any complaints in the now thousands of boxes I've ordered in the last 18 months or so. Pros I can either take care of the order myself, or let my people select their own items to tailor their boxes. Cons It would be nice to have an option to text or call the rep I'm working with on any given project, instead of just sending emails and waiting for a return. Pros This platform is incredibly easy to use. All the inputs are intuitive and the fact that it generates either a direct email or a link to share is perfect. Customer support has always been incredibly fast to respond and the periodic reminders via email on the status of gifts is wonderful. I also love that this is available for colleagues and business partners who are out of the U.S. as other platforms don't offer that and definitely don't offer as much selection. I've tried a bunch of fun snacks and found some that I really love and keep ordering again and again. Pros There are a ton of snack options, most of which I wouldn't find in any local stores. It gives me the opportunity to try things I wouldn't normally have access to. I love that you can gift snack boxes - my company gives us a certain amount to spend on the company's anniversary each year and it's a very fun way to celebrate the occasion. Cons I have been very surprised by the size of some of the snacks I've received. The website says how many oz are in the package, but I'm bad at converting that to the size of the package I'll receive - and sometimes I don't read the notes about how many oz are in the package. It's not always bad - I've gotten a few snacks that were way more than I expected, and that was a welcome surprise. A 'banana for scale' in some of the pictures would be great, though.
