The best feature which I liked about it was I had to send DIWALI gifts to my colleagues in different parts of the globe. The platform helped me decide on a budget for my gift. I would hate to tell my clients that their swag is still in processing. Pros It was easy to navigate and select the orders and proceed to payment. This whole process was seamless. Cons Extremely slow processing and delivery. If you're in the US then everything is great but if you're in Southeast Asia like myself, it can take more than 2-3 weeks just for processing and who knows how long more before it arrives. Pros very easy to use and easy for small/mid size company like ours to distribute snacks to remote employees Cons pricing changes on the last page when trying to confirm, so i had to go back multiple times to try to get the most out of my budget. Also, i couldn't find a way to see ALL Snacks at once and found some categories that didn't have any options, so not sure if it'd be better to remove the categories when they're not in use or there's nothing to display in those categories. The list was endless and I had a difficult time choosing, but the site made it easy to add and remove items as you go. I really liked the selection. There were so many brands I'd never tried before and I selected a lot of new products for myself and my partner to try. We really enjoyed the beverages and the cookies we tried for the first time, raspberry tarts, which were awesome. The packaging was really cool too and came with an office themed board game I was not expecting! The box arrived a lot sooner than anticipated and was super fun to open, can't wait for the next one! Pros The SnackMagic website was very user friendly. It was very free flowing and easy to maneuver. I was impressed how easy it was to navigate each item and category. I liked that you could easily move onto the next category of product to view once you were done with a selection, instead of having to scroll to the top and select a new category like most product sites. I received an appropriate amount of time sensitive updates about my order and a tracking invoice which was super helpful. I liked the fun, quirky descriptions on most of the products and unique grouping of products to view on the site. Very pleased with the layout and it made the shopping experience exciting. Cons One thing I would change is having products from the UK or Japan and other countries and adding more variety that way. The site didn't have any issues for me. Great benefit for employees, esp for remote workers. Pros The interface is super easy to use and such a great gift to give to others, especially now that so many people work remotely and can't grab free snacks at work. My last employer gave SnackMagic as a recurring benefit to the employees, and everyone was so excited. The snack selection is a lot of fun and diverse (the one bummer is during the summer, the chocolate products aren't available, most likely b/c the items would melt before reaching their destination, due to the heat). Prices are comparable to other websites, and shipping is free with minimum purchase. I also love that for a small fee you can customize the graphics on the shipping box.
