There are certain cycles during the work calendar that are more stressful for staff, and those are simultaneously the same times that we most need to show support and boost morale. SnackMagic has been the best program to meet this need, enabling us to get staff an immediate gift with very little preparation or planning on our end - SnackMagic takes care of it all!

Pros

SnackMagic is incredibly user-friendly, cost effective, and time efficient, exceeding expectations in all 3 areas. Our team is able to easily provide staff with a fun, morale boosting surprise 2-3 times a year with minimal effort on the administrative side. SnackMagic has consistently been rated the highest of all staff appreciation items they receive, and team members love their ability to customize requests to their specific needs, with many of them making it a fun activity for the whole family.

Cons

Honestly, there are zero cons - it's truly as perfect of a program as one could hope for!

Prior to SnackMagic I would purchase gifts for my team in hopes that they would like the item but worried that it would just be money thrown away. Gift cards were a good option, but they could not be expensed back to the company. With SnackMagic, I can expense it and each team member can select things that they want on a budget that I set. I don't have to worry about getting their address wrong or even having to pay for shipping, they take care of everything. It becomes a challenge within the team to see who can get the closest to spending their entire budget and then when we all get together on a virtual call to open our boxes, it's fun to see who ordered the same items or get recommendations on what we should try next.

Pros

The UI is super easy to follow, the images of the snacks are detailed enough so that you know what you are getting. I love the "what's in your box" at the top with images so you can easily swap out items as you scroll through the menu. As a gift giver, the ordering process is fool proof and the "up sell" options are relevant to your purchase. I'm not being asked if I was a free subscription for a random magazine or something.

Cons

I can't really think of anything that would have a major impact. My only suggestion would be to add snack options for pets. So many work from home folks have a fur friend to keep them company. It would be nice to include them in the experience.

### "Easy and convenient to order "

Overall, easy and convenient to use as I can provide options for EVERYONE and not just a subset of people. We have employees that have multiple restrictions and this not only made it easy for them to choose their own snacks, it made them feel included.

Pros

I love the fact that I can easily choose an option to send out to not only stateside employees but to my overseas contractors. No one feels left out and everyone can order based on their preferences and dietary restrictions. SnackMagic makes it easy to order and the process is streamlined so that you're done fairly quickly. If I need to make add any employees, I can easily do that. Send a reminder? Done! The dashboard makes it easy to access all the info.

Cons

I think there was some miscommunication in regards to invoicing but I was able to work it out with SnackMagic and customer service made it easy to get answers.

### "A great discovery"

Flawless experience from the beginning to the end. The snack selection process was easy and intuitive. Then the order was processed and shipped really fast, then it got to me in less than 2 days. It's a good gift to yourself or to others. It shows that it's easy to treat yourself while not eating complete trash since the snack option are healthy for the most part.

Pros

I like the variety of snacks. These are snacks I can't find easily where I live. They are high quality snacks with a lot of healthy options and I made a lot of good discovery with that box.

Cons

Price was in USD on the website, I could probably have changed it, but it would have been best if it would have shown my currency initially by asking me my country. It was hard to find something I didn't like.

### "First Time User"

I received the gift from an outside vendor and this was the first time had used it. It was unexpected and very appealing. I will be in a virtual training with this vendor for 3-4 days next week. It was really nice they thought of this gift for their off-site attendees. My own HR department is always looking for new gift ideas for employees so I forwarded into on to the director. A lot of positive feedback from others in my office checking out my gift. I am also thinking about this for family and friends.

Pros

I found the software easy to use. I got the email telling me I had a gift and who had sent it. I clicked on a link to shop. I really liked that I had an opportunity to add a thank you note at the end. The snacks are broken out into categories so it made the shopping easy. I also noticed prior to shopping there was an option to select if you had any food allergies or preferences. I don't but it was great those options are available for others.

Cons

I didn't see in the email an amount of the gift. I did figure out to click on my shopping cart and get the remaining balance to continue shopping. But having that amount up front might be a good thing.

The entire process was fantastic! I recieved my first box from my employer and I will be using it again in the future. It was fun, delicious and great qualifty!

Pros

I loved how easy it was to build my box! When it arrived the products were amazing! So good! I had a variety from candy to cookies to popcorn and each item was absolutely delicious!

Nothing. No improvment needed! The entire site and shipping process was seemless

It was great to order a box and then share with my colleagues which snacks they had chosen. It opened up great topics for conversation along with the anticipation of receiving the box. I love that there was an option to add in my company's gift as well (backpack and water bottle)

Pros

I love that the selection of the snacks is so easy. Scrolling through the suggested boxes based on popularity and content made choosing the perfect box really simple

Cons

I really didn't see an area for improvement. A+ to you!

It was offered as a gift by the company I work for. I did not choose it (but I'm happy they did!)

Slick interface, lots of filter options to make it easy to choose ideal items, and lots of variety available. I would definitely use it again!

Pros

The service offers a great way to give employees the freedom of choice within an allotted budget. There are so many different types of goodies to choose from and the "shopping" process is fun.

Cons

Items 'sell out' in real-time, which can make it hard to finalize a cart if it's a busy time on the site. It would be nice if there was an easy "swap for this instead" function that provides other items of the same monetary value as the missing item.

Pros

I'm really glad staff have an opportunity to leave a comment. It's great to hear first hand what staff thought of the surprise SnackBox's. Creating, adjusting and maintaining my order has been SUPER EASY and the system is very intuitive.

Cons

I honestly don't have a con. It was easy for me to create the bulk order and easy for my employees to redeem.

Reason for choosing Stadium

I spoke with a rep and he gave me a quick tutorial and the ease of use for me, and the fact staff get to select WHATEVER they want was the real incentive. It's SOOO difficult to find products that 50+ people will like. Letting them choose their own was a what sold SnackMagic!

Altogether I absolutely enjoyed every aspect of this experience. The shipping speed, the ability to track the entire process, the way the website functions, and of course the SNACKS!!!

Pros

SnackMagic seems to have a pretty wellrounded amount of products available. I was pleasantly shocked to see that they offered more than just snacks. You can actually order gifts for friends and love ones as well!

Cons

Altogether, I think SnackMagic is great product to use. The only thingI would add more of is international snacks. Allow users the opportunity to snack on items from the world. That would take the magic show to another level!

Pros

The ease of using this service is unbeatable. It's very simple to navigate and process from start to finish.

Cons

Sometimes the options feel a little too targeted towards 'vegan' or 'gluten free' and while I appreciate the healthy options, sometimes just a simple snack is desired.

### "Super Cool Way To Support Remote Workforce"

I loved how customizable this solution was. We've been shipping snack boxes to our team for several years now, and most of the time myself (and my family) really only like a few things in them. This gave me the opportunity to pick what I was interested in, not some pre-selected package! I'd definitely use this service again!

Pros

I loved that every single person in our company, no matter where they live, got a chance to order from SnackMagic and customize exactly what they wanted in their box of treats! The selection was fairly wide and upon receipt, it was all really high quality, too! Throw in the fact that my SnackMagic package was delivered within about 3 business days and you can call me impressed!

Cons

The only criticism that I'd have is that some of the snacks in the box appeared to be fairly expensive. Not a big deal since my company was paying for it, but it did feel like the snacks were a bit on the pricey side.

Overall the snacks are great, the order got here quickly, and the selection and or everything else was extremely easy! Would definitely use again.

Pros

The features that were most impactful for me was the easy navigation and or product selection. It was all straightforward and all looked really delicious! For my business, it was easy to apply the credits given to me and apply them for my reward!

Cons

The only thing that I would say to be improved on was to let you know what points could be used and emphasis on the limit given to you from your company because I saw the cart at the end with a charge thinking it was free and didnt know there was a limit.

Overall I think it was a great experience. I just wish there were more options for someone like me who has simpler tastes.

Pros

This is a really cool service from the consumer standpoint. Being able to pick out a variety of snacks or items to be sent to your for different events or something different than the standard items you can find at the corner market. There is so much variety and the site is so easy to use. Salty, sweet, nuts, jerky/beef sticks, office supplies, electronics, stress relief, and more. There is really something for everyone.

Cons

The items are fairly expensive and many of the items were outside my comfort zone. I am a simple person so when I see things with ingredients I don't typically consume, I stay away from them for fear I won't like something.

Because SM offers Global delivery, I can use this service for all our colleagues in other regions as well. The products are updated regularly, so receiving a box with a branded swag item included at the holidays, and then another box in the spring as a thank you gift does not get monotonous! The customer service is superb and I've never had any complaints in the now thousands of boxes I've ordered in the last 18 months or so.

Pros

I can either take care of the order myself, or let my people select their own items to tailor their boxes.

Cons

It would be nice to have an option to text or call the rep I'm working with on any given project, instead of just sending emails and waiting for a return.

Pros

Snack magic is great becuase it gives flexibility for each recipient.

Cons

The payment process for overages could improve. Carrying a balance seems useless.

SnackMagic does so many things right:- Great snacks that are really unique and not easy to find- Easy to use website with minimal struggle to understand- Well organized website for selecting- Great customer care by providing great tracking, packaging, and even a free mystery item!

Cons

Removing items from your cart was a bit confusing, but I got the hang out it. Overall a pretty simple site to manage.
