### "Easiest Way to Send Business Gifts & Incentives"

The ease of using this product and the fact that you don't need anything except the recipients email and country location is a DREAM.

Pros

This platform is incredibly easy to use. All the inputs are intuitive and the fact that it generates either a direct email or a link to share is perfect. Customer support has always been incredibly fast to respond and the periodic reminders via email on the status of gifts is wonderful. I also love that this is available for colleagues and business partners who are out of the U.S. as other platforms don't offer that and definitely don't offer as much selection.

Cons

I didn't have any issues using this product and have used it several times and recommended it for colleagues to use in their gifting.

Pros

Snack Magic is extremely easy to use as a perk for groups of employees. Their website with a variety of categorized products is nice and the themed bundles are a good convenience feature. Delivery is always very quick.

Cons

Pricing for some items is too high. Product selection in some categories is limited and seems very random.

This product has helped our team show appreciation to the teams without leaving out contractors.

Pros

My team has sent out SnackMagic gifts to our team a few times over the past several years to acknowledge and show appreciation for successful delivery across the team. SnackMagic works well for teams of contractors and FTEs and has a mix of both food and non-food items. There are enough options that there is always something new to select each time I've been gifted one!

Cons

Some of the bakery or other niche items are high priced, but on the whole, prices are reasonable and there are plenty of other options.

My overall experience has been very positive. I've tried a bunch of fun snacks and found some that I really love and keep ordering again and again.

Pros

There are a ton of snack options, most of which I wouldn't find in any local stores. It gives me the opportunity to try things I wouldn't normally have access to. I love that you can gift snack boxes - my company gives us a certain amount to spend on the company's anniversary each year and it's a very fun way to celebrate the occasion.

Cons

I have been very surprised by the size of some of the snacks I've received. The website says how many oz are in the package, but I'm bad at converting that to the size of the package I'll receive - and sometimes I don't read the notes about how many oz are in the package. It's not always bad - I've gotten a few snacks that were way more than I expected, and that was a welcome surprise. A 'banana for scale' in some of the pictures would be great, though.

I love that the company keeps you up to date throughout the whole process. They will send a notification once your order is received, when they start packaging, and when you can expect your box to be delivered!

Cons

I left my cart open for a couple of days, when I went back in to submit - no more were in stock, I had to release the item because it was no longer available. Not a big draw back but it was a bummer.

Overall I'd give it a 4/5! I get things happen when dealing with shipping so I understand. I do remember receiving a box last year and I wasn't to big of a fan. So happy I went with the wings this year!

Pros

I really enjoyed that there was a huge option to choose from. Especially having kits already built, such as the chicken wing savory kit. Excited to try it.

Cons

Unfortunately my bag of chips were popped prior to receiving it so a few things got greasy inside of the box because of the chips.

The benefits are immense. Immediate response, people attend events, employees feel blessed and appreciaed. The curated experience is very personalized and everyone finds something they want. It's fun, like a game to pick and stay within budget...

Pros

It is an easy way to impress clients/employees and with their multi platforms, I feel blessed to be able to use them for many years and purposes to come

Cons

I really don't see much to be improved thus far.

### "A novel way to receive thanks"

I received a $50 credit as part of a firmwide employee appreciation gift. Despite the obvious markup on items, I still managed to have a decent variety of stuff in my order. The site itself was also easy, and dare I say, kind of fun to click around looking for stuff to spend my credit on. I wouldn't mind if the firm used SnackMagic again in the future.

Pros

Love that the first thing they ask you before you can even see any of the selection is what sort of dietary restrictions you have. The selection also seemed to have a good amount of variety in choices in not only food, but also stuff like technology.

Cons

The prices were surprisingly steep for what I was ordering. Individual snack sized bags were easily twice as much as I'd expect to pay for them, although it was free on my end so I guess I can't really complain.

this is an awesome site - will use it for to send a gift certificate for upcoming events - such as birthday of a baby, retirement, get well and condolescenes

Everything was great - the ease of ordering, fast and efficient delivery and extensive variety and options to choose from

Cons

I have nothing except maybe too many choices - hard for me to pick and choose lolmaybe offer multiple packs of items in half the size that is offered now - i had my box of snacks sent to the office to share with my team

This experience really felt magical-- from picking my full-sized products, to seeing the box at my door! The snacks are yummy, the delivery is swift, and the overall experience is outright fun!

Pros

The box shipped and arrived to my door SO QUICKLY. I did not expect the service to be so fast, and the ordering was so easy! The whole process was a breeze! They were all full-size products, too! Amazing!

Cons

This could have been user error, but I couldn't seem to easily find how much my organization had given me to spend on my box without doing some searching!

I liked most that the snack items and drinks were individually wrapped, it was exciting to unwrap every item, I could not wait to see the packages.

One of my Hibiscus Can drinks were busted, which caused much of the box to be wet and messy.

I think overall it was a great and very easy experience. It was very user friendly. Definitely will use again in the future.

Pros

I think it was very easy to use. Loved that everything was categorized and they made the delivery to each person so easy.

Cons

I think every time we had a budget, for some reason we would have more leftover towards the end of checkout rather than showing it to us when we are actually making our selection. Not too big of a deal for me but would like to see the accurate budget before checkout. Would love to see more chocolate variety.

Pros

Employee can pick and choose from what they would like instead of a one sizes fits all approach. There are many choices and always something for everyone. Nice quality and reasonable price points for many items.

It is a nice treat!

Pros

I ordered a pre-selected gourmet fudge box. It was very delicious. Although I am not a huge peanut butter fan, and 2 of the 9 fudge pieces were peanut butter. I wish we could customize each fudge box.

Cons

I would love to see ratings for each product. I usually rely on user ratings on a product when purchasing, especially something like this where the cost is above average. As a result, it has been hit or miss in terms of the products I have purchased. Some have been better than others. I also would like to be able to customize boxes more (for example the pre-selected fudge boxes.)
