### "SnackMagic made a tough job easy!"

We were given the option to be able to use SnackMagic in my group. My boss wanted to send everyone in the group a snackbox. Doing this any other way with any other company would cost an arm and a leg. We tried sending tumblers through another company and the cost was through the roof. The process of snackmagic was so easy that I thought I was doing something wrong at first. They take care of the details that you don't want to take care of which makes you want to use them over and over. I had to send snack boxes all over the world and to do this on my own would have taken me over a week. This process took me maybe an hour. So simple and so appreciated by the employees. We all need to eat and getting something special sure is fun. We will be using snackmagic over and over in the future!

Pros

The group that I work with is located in the US and international. SnackMagic made it possible to easily sent out snack boxes to everyone in group.

Cons

I would say there is nothing difficult about using SnackMagic.

We used the snackmagic boxes for a recent giveaway. I think this resource is an excellent way to connect with customers and provide an opportunity for surprise and delight.

Pros

What made this experience so great was the "set it and forget it" style of the system. I love that our team was able to prepare in advance in bulk and still deliver a personalized experience for those who receive the box. We did a test run to see how it worked, and I was so impressed with the delicious options available to my family in light of dietary restrictions, 10/10!

Cons

not really a con, but I might have liked to pick my snacks. This aspect didn't diminish my enjoyment of the box, but if that was an option, I could see some enjoying that.

Working remotely I don't get to interact with my team or my supervisor as much. Receiving this box from my supervisor made me feel really seen!

Pros

I love that the boxes are themed: I chose the Gym Rat box for the coffees and protein power ball snacks (I didn't know there was more than one power ball in a package!) The flavor combinations are amazing!

Cons

I would have like to have chosen more Keto and less Vegan, but that is just my diet preference.

I was given the go ahead from my employer, and ordered off of the page. This was simple, easy, and the products built some excitement when the order was completed. The final products were amazog, and will drive us to use them frequently as well!

Pros

The ordering platform is super simple, it allows ease of use while advertising goods in a manner that is easy to access.

I have zero complaints. This is an amazing service, start to finish

I have had a good experience so far with purchasing and receiving the products offered. There are just some items that might need to be reconsidered but overall, most of the products curated are good.

Pros

I love the process from ordering to getting the items shipped to delivery. They are expanding items and some of the items are not easily found in stores. They also have other options besides food and snacks.

Cons

I would mention that some items are overpriced. I state this because these items I have found to be cheaper at stores where they were found. I would also like to see harder to find items.

### "Was given a budget for snacks to be mailed to me"

I did order a $45 box of 9 U.A.E. chocolate covered dates. I had to chip in for the tax and shipping. It was a bit on the overpriced side but the delivery was timely, the food item in good condition and fresh. I see that people appeared to get more milage going for a collection of boxed cookies and potato chips, but since I can get those during regular grocery shopping I felt like it was better worth it to get the dates that I don't normally see day to day.

Pros

SnackMagic appears to have a large catalog of possible lightly perishable foods to mail order via an aggregation of working with pre-existing suppliers. They manage a shared budget and an invite system for multiple employees. While they also branch out to swag I didn't explore that part.

Cons

It wasn't easy to make a collection to be ordered within a $45 budget particularly quickly. I found some preset grouping ideas (bundles/baskets/boxes) but they all hit either a $20-$35 or a higher than $45 price points, while not factoring in shipping and taxes. Then there's a bag option which is available in $30, $40 and $50 prices, but isn't too specific about the contents. Also a number of options seems remarkably very expensive, like ~$50 for a dozen bagels.

Employees are so excited and pumped to get to control what we send them. I personally love getting my own box too! It's fun to pick out things that I know everyone in my family will enjoy!

Pros

What I love most is that individuals can filter by dietary restrictions and find yummy snacks they would never know about or have access to at a typical specialty grocery store.

Cons

I honestly like everything about the software. zero issues. so fast. people love snacks!

I loved the experience. Website is easy to navigate, snack selection is great with a big variety and delivery was quick. I highly recommend.

Pros

I really liked the selections vailable for the Snack box. You have a variety of drinks, sweets, salty snacks and snacks that accommodate food allergies. It was hard to choose what I wanted cause everything looked so good! The snack box came with tracking information and I received it with fast delivery! Highly recommend!

Cons

I was not given an option to chose the drink included.

The website was extremely easy to use and the variety was incredible. I loved having so many choices and it helped track how much I was spending. It was also very easy to get a report of what I purchased and track it through distribution.

I received a link to SnackMagic from the administrator of an online class I'm taking. Each student got to order snacks to be delivered to their door before the night of the first class session. It was fun to receive the link; then finding the site had artisan brands and foods was even better.

Cons

When I received my box, the potato chips were on the bottom. They are tasty, but they are dust.

This is an awesome project. My colleagues love their snacks and have really enjoyed sharing their favorite products from the box and are excited to help vote on what curated box they will get next. So much fun and so easy!

Pros

SnackMagic was perfect for what our team needed for employee recognition! This product has a lot of bang for your buck, easy to use/purchase, with rave reviews from consumers! I loved that it was so easy to add any add-ons if needed, and I didn't have to be responsible for inputting every address for my colleagues to get their box. Easy to use, affordable, and fun!

Cons

I had some confusion about what message was going to my employees when I made my order. However, I know for next time how I want that message to look.

Cost efficiency, more options for personalization and snacks, less data input for me!
