Pros Most of the snacks Snack Magic provides are healthy. They could have easily used M&Ms, Doritos, Coca-Cola but people in the office environment are shifting away from high calories, no nutritional value snacks. I liked that I was able to have variety and through the process I found snacks that now i am ordering online on Amazon or Target. I like that Snack Magic is bringing the new healthy culture into the corporate world. Cons No issues, I never felt like anything was confusing. The software was easy to use. I had a feedback call with their team and they were very receptive to all the feedback (99% positive) that I shared. Pros We have a team of over 20 people, and around half of them do not live in the USA. We wanted a simple way to send gifts to our team members - no matter where they are. Snack Magic makes it easy to either send a specific box to anyone (even if you don't have their email address - you can get a link to share by text or wherever). OR you can let people choose something that they'll definitely like. The international shipping is a breeze - recipients enter their own address so you don't need that either. Cons The only thing I didn't like is that you can't preview what people can order from different countries. The fact that we were able to ship team swag to SnackMagic to include in the boxes was an added benefit that the team greatly appreciated. Everyone was thrilled to receive their box and many team members shared photos of their experience. Pros The choices available, the ability to add your own items to the box, and the overall usability. The experience is clear and easy to use. Cons Tax implementation was frustrating, as adding it at the end of the order can push the user's total purchase over the pre-set cost limit. It would be nice if this could somehow be calculated earlier. Reason for choosing Stadium Overall usability, the ability to add merchandise to the box, and the branding inspired confidence.
