Pros

I love being able to show appreciation for those who work with my children. I love being able to give my older children a little love on Valentine's day or Halloween as a treat. I also used it to give to my older college age kiddos a gift for studying during finals.

Pros

I love that I can give a gift that others can chose what they want. I love that it offers both healthy snacks and swag!

Cons

It seemed hard for recipient's to understand they need to create their own account to redeem their gift.

The snack box came delivered super quick and featured REAL full sized products not sampler packs

Cons

The website has a TON of options that came be a bit overwhelming and somewhat difficult to navigate

Pros

SnackMagic had many options to pick from. Office supplies to snacks to electronics were offered.

Cons

I have always been on the receiving end of a SnackMagic order, never the associate to coordinate the box being made available to over 800 associates within the US and Internationally. Our representative was very informative about the products and how to proceed with an order for Associate Appreciation Week. SnackMagic also offered an option where Associates could order treats -or- donate to a charitable organization in lieu of. Nice option. PO process was made easy as \[SENSITIVE CONTENT\] was out poc throughout to very end! Thank YOU SnackMagic and \[SENSITIVE CONTENT\]. I will highly recommend your company as well as the seamless system to process orders to other collegues-

Pros

The SnackMagic site was easy to navigate through. When unsure of data, customer service representative was able to walk through information and results. LOVED the graphs of useage- at a glance demonstration of order completed vs outstanding. Nice display of product information, easy to navigate.

Cons

There was nothing that I didn't like about the Snackmagic software and the ability to navigation through. No negative feedback at this time-

SnackMagic is a convenient way to reward the team with high-quality products. The feedback I received from team members is that this is a perk they would enjoy again!

Pros

SnackMagic makes it easy for individuals to choose their preferred snacks conveniently have it shipped directly to them. SnackMagic helped me save time by taking care of all the details and the selection of snacks was amazing!

Cons

You need to select a deadline date for individuals to pick their snacks. However, I found I wanted to adapt that date and was unable to, or at least, could not easily find how to do this.

Pros

The ease of use for the Employee to customize their Box and still get some items that are preselected by the company is excellent.

Cons

Sometimes the emails go to Spam/Quarantine folders, and employees need to know to go look for the notifications.

The W.K. Kellogg Foundation recently used SnackMagic for our Staff Appreciation Day and our staff loved all the snack options that you had to offer. Several of our staff have dietary issues and really appreciated being able to sort items by allergies and preferences. Also appreciated the fact that you work with women/minority owned businesses. We have staff based in Mexico and it was nice that they could order local items and have them shipped.

Pros

The SnackMagic software was super easy to use and loved the dashboard. Very easy to pull a report and see the progress of your orders.

Cons

I really didn't have any cons. Nothing that I can think of.

Loved being both a recipient and user of the product, and would definitely use it again.

Pros

Using SnackMagic was seamless and easy. I was a recipient of a gift in June 2021, and then used it to gift family members at Christmas. I loved how easy it was to use, and all of them loved it, and reported back that it was easy, and they loved the selection.

Cons

No issues from a user perspective. The interface is pretty user friendly, and intuitive, and you're not inundated with too many choices in the user menus to get confused.

Very satisfying

Pros

Easy to use for obtaining products. Wide range of items in various categories. Very healthy choices attuned to dietary issues. Can satisfy numerous requirements and requests. Free items at check out an extra treat.

Cons

Navigation was a little tricky. Movement between choice categories involved some work. Cart and check out required tax calculations in totals? Could be more seamless.

My company used SnackMagic to gift employees as a reward. SnackMagic was easy to use and allowed us to select something that we could all have, even with dietary restrictions. Ordering was easy and the packaging is excellent.

Pros

The site is colorful and engaging and breaks down the products into easy to search categories. The selection and cost tracking at the top of the page was a really great feature and helped me stay within my budget without having to jump back and forth between the cart and selection pages

Cons

I cannot think of anything that I could suggest as an improvement. Overall very well done.
