Easy win albeit a little pricey for amount received. Pros I like that I could use this for both my domestic and international employees, and then it was so easy to order and purchase gifts. Cons I would’ve liked a little more customization of precisely what was in the boxes or maybe more options to narrow down the types of food you receive (taking allergies into account). I thought it was a little bit pricey, for how many items were actually delivered. I received the notification that I could choose a Snackmagic box and then easily went to the website to place the order. I received timely communication for delivery. All the snacks look and feel fresh. It was a lot of fun going through the box. It made a great impression and I will keep this in mind for future gifts. Pros I thought the website was very user friendly and I had fun picking out a goody box from the large selection available. The great thing about the snacks were that a lot of them were healthy, which as much as I want unhealthy snacks, this was well worth it. Cons My one downfall would be that the software seemed to move a little slow when jumping through the categories. This could have been due to the amount of people trying to order at that particular time, but it was a little concerning at first. Once it did get going, there were no issues. So many options for clients to choose from when building the box. Gifting these both professionally and personally is cost effective. Cons Sometimes navigating the screen was a little difficult but once I realized what was expected, I worked through it. April 12, 2022 5.0 Pros SnackMagic is extremely user friendly and intuitive interface. I enjoyed the branding/design of the platform as it was very easy to navigate. I needed to make an adjustment after the order was placed and customer service was prompt and friendly. They offer a wide variety of snacks and options to select from and it was easy to send out to my team for our virtual event. I liked the fact that they were able to leave thank you messages and I also received updates as people were redeeming their gifts. Overall, highly recommend as a gift to a friend/family/colleague or if you need gifts for your organization. SnackMagic takes all the work out of it and makes the process seamless!!
