It manages the car park with very little involvement. Cons A feature that is missing would be FM to be able to report infringements or support audits. The support from is brilliant, they are very responsive if there is a query. Pros It was easy to use and setup. The map builder allowed spaces to be created that reflected the layout of the car park and this helps the users select spaces for booking. Cons I find that some of the additional reporting and analytics do not provide information that i find usefulI would also like to see previous bookings by users, i can only see future bookings. Reason for choosing Ronspot I liked how easy it was to create a zone, create realistic spaces and for these to be set to reflect the type of space. Our team is happy that they know when they have a parking space before they arrive at work. It has taken away the worry of not being able to park and is also encouraging a more hybrid working culture. Pros Being able to personalise to our business. As administrator, I like that I can oversee everything in the portal and make changes to suit the service that we need. The parking changes in real time, so that bays can be booked at the last minute. Customer support is also good and any queries or problems are responded to and sorted quickly. Cons So far the system has worked well for us and we haven't had many set up issues. I would like to be able to book out our visitor bays for people who aren't registered on the system, by the hour.
