La société répond de mieux en mieux aux attentes des clients, ce qui n'était pas forcément le cas auparavant, c'est donc un gros point positif. Pros La solution est rapide est pratique, facile a appréhender pour des nouvelles recrues ou stagiaire. Très peu de bug, une disponibilité du produit quasiment 100% Bref je recommande ! Les imports et exports sont nombreux et offrent un panel de possibilités très complet. Cons L'option PDA est pour nous pas forcément très intéressante, et du coup trop long à utiliser. La configuration du serveur d'imprimante peut vite être compliquée. Pour finit j'aimerai pouvoir rencontré physiquement un gestionnaire de compte un peu plus souvent.
