Pros La solution est rapide est pratique, facile a appréhender pour des nouvelles recrues ou stagiaire. Très peu de bug, une disponibilité du produit quasiment 100% Bref je recommande ! Les imports et exports sont nombreux et offrent un panel de possibilités très complet. Cons L'option PDA est pour nous pas forcément très intéressante, et du coup trop long à utiliser. La configuration du serveur d'imprimante peut vite être compliquée. Pour finit j'aimerai pouvoir rencontré physiquement un gestionnaire de compte un peu plus souvent.
