Highly satisfied.

Pros

We were in the travel industry for 6+ yrs. Leads were coming good but we used to take 10-15 minutes to reply to them and send quotes. Also, customers demand 4-5 quotes for 1 query so we spent a lot of time booking trips. After Booking Collecting Payments, booking hotels, generating vouchers, operating tours are time taking and a lot of hassles in processes. So one good day we signed up for Sembark Travel Software. Now, we send quotes in 30 Sec - 1 Minute, updating quote is even faster, hotel bookings are auto initialized, Payments collection reminders have helped to get paid on time. Cab Booking Calendar helps managing day by day operations. We were running our company at 25% staff but business touched 60% in March, So profits are double now. I am truly in love with the software. Now we have increased our sources to build business 5 times as we get all the technology support from Sembark.

Cons

As promised we get regular updates to Software. I wish most travel agency owners use such software so we can make the travel industry better.
