Straight away noticed many compliance issues. The platform cannot be sold legally in the EU. Climbo has been making empty promises of fixing the GDPR issues for the past 6 months, but only very little progress has been made. Instead, they have opted to release new features before fixing the foundation. Pros The very basic features of the platform somewhat work Cons It's advertised as GDPR compliant, but is in reality far from compliant. The team acknowledges this in their private community, but keep deceiving new buyers with claims of compliance. Also absolutely no support on weekends, even if there are major service stopping issues. Very risky to run a business on top of a SaaS with no weekend support. Pros The platform is simple and has some nice bells and whistles. Cons I was shocked to find that the Climbo deal I purchased that promised unlimited everything is just another shady loss leader. Unfortunately, after you purchase the Unlimited plan, you don't receive white label or even the premium features promised in the unlimited product. Once you go into the app, they want another $2970 for the "Premium" version. Without the upgrade the app is week. Cons Climbo can take up to 3 business days to setup your whit label platform however this is because Climbo manually builds every white label platform to ensure it is setup properly and per your brand logo and colors on your own domain. I purchased a lifetime deal through Dealify, only to find out they've changed the review limits from 100 SMS and 1000 emails PER CUSTOMER to 100 SMS and 1000 emails PER ACCOUNT. Despite my correspondence with someone named "Lwole," they have refused to honor their previous promises. To revert to the old limits I had already paid for, I am now required to purchase their overpriced lifetime deal. Be wary when considering this deal, as you cannot increase SMS or email limits without paying $997 per year, plus additional fees for the desired upgrades. Now they offer it on AppSumo. ➡ I CAN NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY. 👎 Pros It looked too good. Under $45 for a lifetime deal with unlimited clients. Now I now why.
