We started working with Teamlead (nee Rooster Planner) 8-months ago (April 2025) and have already seen a tremendous amount of growth, both with the Organisation (headed up by an amazing leadership team) as well as watching the software mature based on Teamlead' own vision alongside feedback provided by us and our end-customers. The Teamlead team are always super responsive to any feedback, taking a measured approach to any feature/functionality requests, as well as being on hand if there are any questions or issues day-to-day, as well as supporting through the implementation and onboarding stages with new customers.

Pros

Pre-integrated with our CCaaS vendor of choice, ease of deployment, strong leadership team, supportive to/of our preferred GTM strategy, excellent support, agile mindset, flexible software development roadmap.

Cons

Lacks some features as we operate in an 'Enterprise' space, but the Teamlead team have been quick to engage with us on the "desirables" and have already brought some of the into their software development roadmap for both 2025 and ongoing into 2026 (see Pros above).

Overzichtelijk, makkelijk wijzigingen aanbrengen, meerdere collega's kunnen erin werken. Tot nu toe tevreden.

Pros

Makkelijk om erin te werken en heel overzichtelijk. Heel erg tevreden ermee. Het is ook fijn om met meerdere collega's erin te kunnen werken.

Cons

De specials worden er niet altijd goed ingezet. Er gaat af en toe iets mis met de indeling van het rooster.

Geen onderscheid tussen over en onderbezetting in de totaal balk. Er waren nog geen handleidingen voor het gebruik, zowel gebruiker als planner.

Inmiddels maken we de maandroosters in een handomdraai. Het systeem is gebruiksvriendelijk en werkt ontzettend prettig. Met Teamlead kun je eenvoudig samen met collega’s wijzigingen doorvoeren, en het team krijgt direct een melding van aanpassingen in hun rooster. Dat zorgt voor transparantie en snelheid. Het dagelijks werken met Teamlead gaat eigenlijk vanzelf: intuïtief, efficiënt en gewoon heel handig. Wij zijn blij met deze stap – Teamlead maakt ons werk echt makkelijker!

Pros

Na jarenlang met Excel gewerkt te hebben, zijn we bij de afdeling Klantcontact van Eigen Haard overgestapt naar Teamlead – en wat een verschil!

Cons

Het inrichten kostte even wat tijd, en het bijhouden van de skills van de medewerkers vraagt om discipline.

Gebruiksvriendelijk en overzichtelijk bij problemen/vragen wordt je snel geholpen. Verbeteringen worden vrijwel altijd doorgevoerd.

Pros

Overzichtelijk in gebruik geen poespas Zelf taken toevoegen met kleurstellingen Verlofaanvragen zijn makkelijk te verwerken

Cons

Grootste nadeel is dat er nog steeds veel handmatig moet maar dat komt ook omdat wij met vrijwel alleen maar flexkrachten werken

Wij zijn erg tevreden over Teamlead. Het systeem is gebruiksvriendelijk en werkt prettig in de dagelijkse praktijk. We werken standaard met een basisrooster, maar omdat dit regelmatig wijzigt, is het ideaal dat we het rooster snel en eenvoudig kunnen aanpassen. Teamlead maakt het gemakkelijk om medewerkers in te delen op basis van de basisbezetting. In één oogopslag zien we waar extra inzet nodig is, hoe de bezetting eruitziet tijdens piekmomenten en waar we collega’s kunnen inplannen wanneer de bezetting minimaal is. Ook voor onze collega’s is het systeem overzichtelijk en prettig in gebruik. Dankzij de verschillende kleuren in het rooster zijn de werkzaamheden duidelijk verdeeld, zodat iedereen precies weet waar hij of zij aan toe is.

Pros

Wij zijn ontzettend blij met Teamlead. Het systeem maakt het eenvoudig om onze medewerkers in te delen op basis van de basisbezetting. In één oogopslag zien we waar extra inzet nodig is en en waar we collega’s kunnen inplannen wanneer de bezetting minimaal is. Ook voor onze collega's is het systeem heel overzichtelijk en prettig in gebruik. Door middel van verschillende kleuren kunnen we de werkzaamheden duidelijk verdelen in het rooster, zodat iedereen precies weet waar hij of zij aan toe is.

Cons

Eigenlijk zou het handig zijn als je een ‘schaduwrooster’ kunt maken voor situaties waarin iemand waarschijnlijk de volgende dag nog ziek is. Zo kun je een wijziging alvast voorbereiden en deze met één druk op de knop doorvoeren zodra dat nodig is.

Pros

There are still some further developments that can't go fast enough for me :) That's about it I guess.

Pros

Het 'less is more' concept. Precies wat je nodig hebt zonder heel veel extra mogelijkheden waar je niet op zit te wachten.

Kan zo niets bedenken. Zeer tevreden en geen nadelen tegengekomen.

Rooster Planner bevalt goed. Je werkt vanuit een basisrooster, maar kan per dag de standaard planning aanvullen met taken. De taken wisselen bij ons per dag omdat de werkvoorraad steeds wisselt. Aanpassingen in het rooster zijn snel en gemakkelijk door te voeren. Ook het verwerken van verlofaanvragen gaat heel eenvoudig waardoor vakantieplanningen heel snel zijn doorgevoerd.

Pros

Per dag in één oogopslag inzicht in de bezetting van die dag. Doordat je een minimale bezetting per taak kan ingeven zie je ook direct waar de knelpunten ontstaan bij ziekte, vakantie of andere afwezigheid.

Cons

Wanneer er een nieuwe medewerker start ben je verplicht een nieuw basisrooster te maken en neemt het systeem niet automatisch de nieuwe medewerker mee in het rooster vanaf de datum indiensttreding.
