OpenHR is a comprehensive HR platform that enables employees and managers to manage holidays and absences, employee data, documents, organisational charts, internal communications, and configurable reporting — all in one place. Pros

OpenHR was a good platform for basic HR processing. It did the basics well, it was functional and did what it said it would. It worked well for benefit management as we were able to configure it to some of our specific nuances. It was also good at reports as each report was very easily configured to what was required.

Cons

It wasnt user-friendly. The self-service employee portal did not look 'pretty' and it had a very Microsoft 90s feel about it. The configuration of the platform could only be done by out IT colleagues who had the expertise, whereas most systems now can be configured by HR teams.

Capacidad para adaptarse a las necesidades de los clientes. Versatilidad tienes diferentes idiomas Conectividad con otros softwares accesible desde cualquier dispositivo

Look and feel es mejorable. Más simplicidad para confeccionar informes

Pros

Es un software muy completo que permite realizar automatizar todos los procesos más importantes de la gestión de recursos humanos además es muy versátil y adaptable a las necesidades de cada empresa. Además, permite tener organizada toda la documentación por empleado y tener registrado todos los procesos dentro la gestión de recursos humanos (puesta a disposición, entrega, etc)

Cons

No he encontrado muchos aspectos que me hayan desagradado aunque si tuviera que indicar algún aspecto a mejorar, diría que mejoraría el canal de comunicación desde la persona trabajadora al departamento de recursos humanos.

Como usuario, me ha permitido optimizar todos los procesos de la empresa: partes de trabajo, etc... así como cumplir la legalidad con temas como el registro de jornada. Como proveedor a otros clientes, sé de buena mano que han sido capaces de dedicarse a RRHH al tener una herramienta que ayuda en el día a día

Pros

Puntos fuertes: sencilla usabilidad y producto limpio visualmente. Muy completo a nivel de funcionalidades, no echamos en falta nada concreto. Facilidad de integración completa con toda clase de aplicaciones: ERP, Nómina, AD, BI, etc....

Cons

Nada en especial. Siempre hay pequeños inconvenientes en el día a día pero son siempre resueltos con agilidad
