It did the basics well, it was functional and did what it said it would. It worked well for benefit management as we were able to configure it to some of our specific nuances. It was also good at reports as each report was very easily configured to what was required. Cons It wasnt user-friendly. The self-service employee portal did not look 'pretty' and it had a very Microsoft 90s feel about it. The configuration of the platform could only be done by out IT colleagues who had the expertise, whereas most systems now can be configured by HR teams. Como proveedor a otros clientes, sé de buena mano que han sido capaces de dedicarse a RRHH al tener una herramienta que ayuda en el día a día Pros Puntos fuertes: sencilla usabilidad y producto limpio visualmente. Muy completo a nivel de funcionalidades, no echamos en falta nada concreto. Facilidad de integración completa con toda clase de aplicaciones: ERP, Nómina, AD, BI, etc.... Cons Nada en especial.
