My overall experience with CA Office Automation was very good. I gained valuable experience in task management, day-to-day office work, invoice preparation, and receipt handling. The work environment was organized and helped me improve my professional skills, time management, and understanding of office operations.

Pros

The office maintained proper planning, timely task allocation, and smooth coordination, which helped improve productivity and work efficiency. It also helped me learn time management, responsibility handling, and professional discipline in day-to-day operations.

Cons

One thing I liked least about CA Office Automation was that invoices were not generated in advance without proper task generation and planning. Sometimes, due to delays in task assignment or workflow coordination, invoice preparation and receipt management took more time than expected. This occasionally affected the smooth flow of day-to-day operations and created pressure during urgent work requirements. Better advance planning, automated reminders, and a more streamlined task generation system could improve efficiency and reduce delays. However, apart from this issue, the overall experience was good and helped me learn practical office management and professional working methods.

Over all good. It is very helpful to manage office with minimum staff with reasonable cost. Also helpful to avoid invoice missing after task generation.

Pros

Its very user friendly software. customer support also good. It is very useful for clinet managemnt and invoicing

Cons

Sending invoice through wattsup, making invoice from proforma, calculating job work cost and create and operate more than one company under same licence

ITS BEEN MORE THAN A 2 YEARS I AM USING THE CAOA SOFTWARE. NOW, I CAN'T JUST IGNORE THE SOFTWARE BECAUSE ITS VERY PART OF MY PROFESSIONAL LIFE. THE SOFTWARE IS JUST ABOVE THE EXPECTATION AND I RECOMMEND EVERY PROFESSIONAL MUST GIVE A TRY.

ONCE I CHOOSEN THE CAOA THEN, MY PROFESSIONAL LIFE BECOMES VERY EASY. MONITORING THE JOB IS VERY CUMBERSOME DUE TO VOLUMINOUS OF ASSIGNMENT'S FOR ME. BUT, THE CAOA MAKES IT SIMPLE AND EASY FOR ME AND NOW I AM JUST THE MONITORING OF JOB STATUS IN A REAL TIME WHEREVER I AM.

Cons

EVERYTHING IS PERFECT. THERE NEED A LITTLE ROOM FOR IMPROVEMENT IN CUSTOMER SUPPORT.

Nothing to say. If at all I have to say something the single support person was patient enough to explain all our queries.

Cons

We dropped using the software immediately on a month of test run. we had lots and lots of teething issues and the company runs with a single person who tries to convince that the software is working perfect!. they dint even provide the promised feautures and after a long tireing 6 months they finally told they dont have a refund policy. We have ended up donating to this company atlast for a software which we dint even go live on. CA professionals if you are really looking for a office automation software whose developers lent their ears to you and have a good customer support look else where. this is such a crap software.

They provided effortless import of data and all the datas were imported in front of our eyes and the timesheet and task creation feautures in that software is effortless and my team also found it to be user friendly.
